Shocked at the prices of this place. They have two locations in BC one on Hastings and thankfully one in Edmonds.Mostly pet foods and fewer knick knaks. Smaller than Homes Alive (huge pet store) but similar pricing and selection.

I recently visited global pet foods where David works and I was extremely impressed with the level of customer service and knowledge he provided. David took the time to answer all of my questions and helped me find the perfect product for my pet. He was friendly, patient, and truly cared about finding the best solution for me and my furry friend. I highly recommend visiting this pet store and asking for David - you won't be disappointed!

The staff here are amazing! I went during their grand opening sale and was impressed at how well the staff were dealing with the crowds and still providing great customer service. There are so many options for food, treats, toys, etc here. I've been here once before, and I was very happy with both experiencs. Cool note: this is one of the only places I can actually collect Air Miles at these days!!

I would like to give a positive review on the product I bought, which is a dog carrier for travel. I was not sure about the size and fit because I didn’t bring my dog to the store, and I asked the staff she said we cannot return after using it, but if just try the fit we can still return in 30 days as long as we keep it clean. It turned out the carrier was too big for my flight and the bottom was too stiff to fold, so I bought another one from PetSmart and decided to return this one. I never used it just let my dog tried in and out, I even cleaned the hair in there carefully, kept all the tags accessories as they were. But when I tried to return the staff refused and said they don’t accept returns only for exceptions, I wondered what does the “exceptions” mean and she said like product damage, and she said there’s dog hair that wasn’t fully cleaned. And I asked to talk to manager, she said their owner doesn’t come to the store and in a meeting very busy, no direct phone, I can only send email.Although this shopping experience is frustrating, the carrier quality is not bad, I decided to keep it to save some trouble arguing for 50 bucks, but that’s my last time shop there and never risk there again.I think it’s a private owned business and they’re very strict on every dollar and try to avoid any refund, so I’ll still recommend big companies like PetSmart and Bosley, they’re more trustworthy and care about reputation, I always get good service from them.

Second time here it has everything i needed for my kittens, Dorothy is super super helpful, definitely gonna come back again!

Super friendly staff! Big bonus they have doggie ice cream.Most of their product are organic and healthy!! Good for my dog!!Some items are little bit pricy but definitely worth.

I have been in a few times over the last 2 months and am really pleased with the customer service, knowledge of staff and variety of goods the store has. They have a large assortment of toys for a wide range of dogs, was really pleased with their puzzle type toy selection (the Odin ball is awesome!). I also needed some balm for my pups paws, (had tried Mutlucks and was disappointed). I was looking at the options in the store and settled on one, however a sales rep came over to chat me up and ask if I needed help. She instead directed me to a different product I was a bit skeptical of, but she assured me it was moisturizing and loved by those that had used it - 1.5 wks later my pups paws are silky and soft to the touch! They also have a wide selection of edible chews. And they have even ordered me in a product carried by the chain but not in stock at the store. Plus a 15% off coupon given to me on my first visit to use before the end of the year. Nothing but smiles from me. They also carry biothane leashes from Kingston & Co (local, check them out, they are fantastic, the custom long line we ordered has changed our life!), can't recommend them enough.
