I had a wonderful experience with this group of honest, responsive, and efficient bunch of mechanics. If you're looking for a truly customer service-oriented garage, this is absolutely the place to go. I recently bought an old Daihatsu Atrai (a microvan from Japan) and had it delivered there for the safety and for it to receive any mechanical work it might need. Matt and the rest of the Roy Barber team went above and beyond to make sure the vehicle was in good condition. Matt also offered valuable advice about getting the vehicle registered in Ontario, and about future maintenance. They even took the time to help me get my license plates affixed (which are larger than Japanese plates) at the last minute. Great service is in the details, you know? They were wonderfully helpful, knowledgeable, efficient, and kind. I wish there were more stars to give!! Ten stars for Roy Barber Services!!!

I stopped by this garage by accident few months ago and I just needed a break light replaced and they took care of my car right away. Today, that same break light broke again and so I brought it in again, saying that I don’t mind paying again cause the price was right ( comparing to other places that used to charge me triple) . They changed my light again free of charge. I asked them few questions for tire changes/oil changes and their prices are fair and right. I am very impressed with their service and I am not surprised that they have such great reviews. I am happy i found my garage now. You guys will see more of me for regular maintenance hopefully only. My car is still fairly new . Thanks so much!

Not your typical mechanics.I've been a client of Roy Barber Services for many years, I won't go anywhere else.I walked into their business a female who knows very little about vehicles and I have always found them honest, reliable, reasonable but most of all, they are patient.They care about their customers and client service is important to them.Highly recommended!!!

I have been using Barber Services for a number of years on both my older model cars. On many occasions they have analyzed problems and completed repairs at quoted prices and which were often less costly than I expected. They have also spotted issues and made repairs preventing potential future major issues. Their best attribute is that they fix cars not just replace parts. They are dependable and honest service company that I would recommend unreservedly .
