I have been to this staples several times and had a great experience each time. I had 3 staff members approach me to see if I needed help with in the first minute of being there. I went in to buy a desk and they were super helpful in helping me find the right desk. They got it all ready and had it waiting at the check out by the time I was done doing my shopping. I payed and a staff member brought it out to my truck for me. Great place to shop. I recommend it to anyone looking for any kind of office supplies.

Similar experience as one of the other reviewers twice with one woman once with another both heavier set. I think ones a manager. Not helpful and somewhat rude. They lost a 1600$ sale the other day bought online instead saved myself hundreds and the aggravation of dealing with them. On the other hand the younger staff are very helpful knowledgeable and pleasant. Hope this helps.

Never seem to have a good experience in staples.I find staff extremely unhelpful to the point of usually being ignored by most staff members.There seems to be a lack of dedication and service installed and displayed by the young staff members in store.Perhaps further training is required? Not sure what the problem is but given a choice, I always choose to go elsewhere and avoid the stress and ignorance of staff in staples.

Staples here is fine. Friendly staff. Helpful. The odd time when they are busy you can wander around for a while before getting help. But usually quite good. Decent selection of stationary. Depending on what it is - I might check out the dollar store first for a cheaper option. The FedEx pickup here has a few hiccups. Overall, I use Staples a fair amount for computer and stationary. But I never get the insurance or extra features they sometimes try to encourage. By the time something breaks, I need a new version anyways.

I had to back and forth from 100 mile house 5 times. Dealt with most of the tech staff, but Gregory really came through for me today. Gregory went over and above, even helping me and my friend with our phones. I had to exchange a new computer, and they reset it all up for me. Finally happy with mthe service today!today.
