This is the worst company you could do business with, they continuously have not returned my deposit and they never answer or resolve any issues involving payment they just continuously charge and charge! PLEASE do not sign up with them, it's honestly really the worst decision

Regus has been going under since 2020 and I have not received my retainers for over 10 months now, this is the most frustrating experience I have ever had trying to simply receive my deposit back I would never sign up with them ever again by how they treat paying clients!!

Update: the customer service of this company is a shame...even worse than I thought...they kept ignoring me, didn't reply to anything and on top of that they even charge me with 3 extra months for a service (with a month to month contract!!!) that I haven't even used for 3 months....outrageous and disgusting so I changed my review to 1 star.Stay away!!!!Office space was really nice but the customer service is horrible. I wanted to validate a promotion that they offered me but they decided to ghost me after a week of waiting and writing several emails. I was going to upgrade my membership but I cancelled instead as it didn't look like a professional and trustworthy company...in the end it was a bad experience.

I originally liked this facility but it is currently impossible to cancel your agreement. Customer service tickets to cancel agreements end up in a continuous loop of wrong information. The email address they send you to cancel does not work and your other option is to call England at $1 per hour and you are on hold forever. No toll free line available for Canada. Their strategy seems to be sign you up but never let you cancel. Keep charging your credit card and send to collections if you don’t pay. Local team cannot do any admin stuff. Website makes it impossible to cancel. Such a shady business strategy; my next step is Better Business Bureau. Also no more free coffee. Avoid Regus like the plague.

Not a very well organized operation and impossible to cancel your membership. Get your own private office because the common area is just too noisy and the staff have no control over members’ noise level.

This company's customer service is the worse. They lock you in a contract that you can't get out of. Their facilities are nothing compared to Spaces, they close locations and move your contract to the new location without giving you the option to cancel it.Do not rely on this company for any business needs, they are awful.

I submitted an inquiry for office space. I just wanted to know if I could see a place. Over the next few days Regus proceeded to bombard me with calls from various - unrecognizable phone numbers, including on Sunday. In these current times, with all the scammers out there, what reputable business calls from random numbers that are not easily associated with their business?The heavy bombardment alone crosses a boundary for me. It disrespected my personal life (Weekend) and that I might have a busy work schedule.

This is the absolute worst company to deal with, they have now over billed 2 times after I had already canceled my agreement. They are also trying not give me my damage deposit back! No customer service at all, wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy! To the response you have posted I have tried doing this many times getting a hold of the help dest to create a ticket. This does not work, nothing ever gets resolved they say that it is canceled but it’s not. This needs to be handled by someone with more authority then the help desk! The help desk DOES NOTHING! So now the response after saying the help desk does nothing is to get a hold of the help desk! Are we starting to see how this company does nothing to resolve issues! I said I had to be dealt with by someone higher up for example Sandra Melody head of customer relations! Or someone like that! Please come back with a response that is actually helpful!

Regus will never return your retainer after 7months, no reply, no on to contact the whole company is a fraud company taking your money and never return! they will hold your money for no reason and never offer explanation there is endless loop of departments that will tell you they dont know whats going on the most awful experience!!

Been a client of Regus for several years renting their office space in this location which was a waste of time and money that I am full of regret because they treat customers like trash. Regus is a despicable company that takes client funds without any reason, you will never be able to get your money back after they either overcharge you for several months or never return your deposit. no customer support to do anything about stolen funds. finally took them to court over this reason and won the case and they still wont pay the money that they lost in court we had to garnish their bank accounts to get the money back in the end. before you decide to sign a contract with them look at their court history and their online reviews because they have a track record of stealing peoples hard earned money. the precedent has been set and its time for a class action any time. since they have been going under for several years it is only a matter of time until they fully go under with all your money ! Beware of this horrible company
