First time ever trying Jollibee and must say that we are pleasantly surprised at how tasty it is! Absolutely loved everything we ordered. The staff members were super friendly and welcoming as well. Will definitely go back and next time we will make sure to order a bucket of chicken - so delicious!!In addition, we almost waited for 45 mins on a Saturday night so anticipate the wait time.

This branch of Jollibee in Surrey, BC has just opened a few weeks ago.It is in a great location, at the corner of a major highway, King George, at the ground level of a brand new building together woth well-known retail shops and coffee shops. There's street parking but there's a lot underground. Free parking for 1 hour. In case you need to extend, parking is around $4.75 per hour.To be honest, if you're not Filipino, you probably do not have any idea about the only fastfood in the world that has beaten the Golden Arch in their home turf. Filipinos are crazy about Jollibee, hence the 1-hour lineup even though it has been open already for 3 weeks.Their menu is like a combination of McDonalds and KFC and more. Here's my review of the food. The crispy chiken can hold it's own agsainst KFC. It's crunchy, tasty, the gravy is good and really enhances the flavour. I noticed they are big too.As far as I know, they are the only fastfood in Canada that has spaghetti. I personally like it. It's sweet and has sausage together with the sauce amd cheese. It's unlike your usual Italian Pasta. The palabok is a native dish. Its noodles with it's own different sauce which I do not even know what's exactly in it but it's my favourite. The cheeseburger is just OK. I really love the sauce and the patty

Wow, I’m impressed! The fried chicken was delicious, actually crispy skin with tender moist meat. The peach mango pie also had a crispy crunch, rare to get in a fast food place. The spaghetti was just what I hoped for, sauce did not drown the pasta and the meat actually had flavour. Gravy was perfect. Service was fast and efficient, appreciate the tools to let us know when food is ready instead of forcing us to wait around. They had a staff member constantly cleaning tables and trays to provide a clean and welcoming atmosphere. Will come back for sure!

I am a fried chicken liver and I reviewed most of the fried chicken places. The chicken is freshly made, hot! Every juicy, on the salty side. Fries? Not the best . Their most famous pineapple juice, is a bit too sweet for me, finished right away because the chick is on salty side, I have to run to soda machine to refill.Compared to fried chicken restaurants in Vancouver, this brand is better than Marie brown and Popeyes, but Give chicken and fighter chicken, Church's chicken, KFC are better than Jollibee.

I love the chicken. I’ve ordered spicy chicken, regular one, palabok and pineapple quencher. My most favourite is pineapple quencher. It’s a must try item especially in this summer. I like the chicken as well. I’ve never tried palabok before. Surprisingly it was yum.

I've had been here twice, and the first time was really good, both in terms of service and quality of food. The second time was yesterday, the service was still good, but the quality of the food was significantly reduced. Six pieces of fried chicken, three are very fresh, the other three are not very fresh, placed at the bottom, so you can't see, at the end you can't eat at all. I hope it can be noticed and improved in the future.

Undoubtedly one of the best fried chickens in the region. Unfortunately I had a bad experience due to the capacity of the place, and the insufficiency and / or lack of cleanliness. My family and I arrived after 3PM, it was no longer full. As it was our first time, we asked for the standard. And our order took 30 minutes to get ready.

Foods is just terrible. I am not a fan of this. I tried one time only in my life. Never come back. Quality food is low, price is just kinda a fine dining. Crowded. Parking is not good. 90% are Philippine people come support their brand. The trash was piled up with garbage and no one mind it.

Nice Filipino style fast food place in Surrey. This was my second time trying their franchise food and it was about the same experience. Food are unique but not for everyone. I liked them but not loved them. Their peach mango pie is quite good though.
