I had my carpets done a few months ago by diamond. They were very professional and respective of the covid protocols that my building enforced. They came the time we agreed upon and were out in less then a couple hours. My carpets looked great ! I will continue to use their services.

My roommate and I were moving and we booked weeks in advance, our appointment was forgotten and they didn't show up. Took 4 hours before my roommate heard back but we had already switched to another company as new tenants were expecting to move in right away and we couldn't wait to see if they would get back to us. Would not recommend for anyone moving and having to trust the carpet cleaners will show up the day you book them for. Save yourself the trouble and go with a more reliable company.

I used Diamond carpet cleaning for an apartment move-out inspection and I was impressed. The person who cleaned my carpets was thorough, helpful, and professional. When booking over the phone, be sure to explicitly clarify your appointment time, because they mixed up my time slot. However, the service was performed efficiently and I still recommend them.
