Gym is decent, I like the track especially. Food is usually good and there is a booster juice (don't recommend their food unfortunately). Shell theater is lacking.

Went here for two separate dance competitions and it was great both times. The staff was nice and the theatre is great. (A little cold though.) The only thing I would critique it on is having a staff member walking around backstage and in the practice rooms. It just seems very suspicious? And the layout of the hallways to the dressing rooms and backstage area are very wonky and can be confusing for a first timer.

Decent, have gone many times, play area is nice for children and the ice is decent for hockey. First aid is always fast to respond. They are down the hall by the hockey entrance on the far left hand side coming from main road.

Great place to work out! I’ve been going there for years and would recommend it for sure. The only thing is I miss Jenny’s spin classes!

Dow Centennial Centre
The Dow Centennial Centre’s name alludes to one of the Fort’s big economic drivers, and has a well rounded gym. The 2nd floor has an oddly shaped track, and most of the generic gym equipment you’d expect to find in a small fitness centre. The main floor has a room that surprised me though, with a spin studio setup, Olympic lifting platform, and a large amount of empty space that can be used for a variety of functional activities. Their drop in rates are some of the lowest I’ve seen, so it’s worth checking out if you’re just passing through.

Great gym but some of the staff don't seem to want to be there. I will continue to go because of the lack of basketball facilities in Fort Saskatchewan

Would be nice if the child minding hours were better .Nothing like getting up and at it with your baby on and Sunday morning and getting your child turned away because of full capacity, told to come back in an hour for the last 25 mins it’s opened. Not good enough. Thanks!!

Love going to the Dow. Drop in classes are great. Gyms and walking track are nice too. The staff is very friendly and helpful! Would definitely recommend

Dow Centennial Centre
Great multi purpose recreation facility with an attached theatre. There is lots of parking and easy access to the facilities. Public washrooms are available. There is a play place for children a gym and and exercise and weight area with a running track. There is also an indoor soccer field. My wife and I did not use any of the amenities but were impressed with the building cleanliness.
