I went to Taz on my sister's recommendation. Never have I ever found such an amazing massage therapist. If you're looking for active release tech nique, look no further. She will work out all major muscle issues you have.

I've been seeing Jenna for acupuncture and have had such a wonderful experience so far. The studio is cozy and comforting and Jenna is a compassionate, kind, and skilled acupuncturist who really listens to her clients and what they need. I'm hooked and am almost hesitant to recommend her publicly because I feel like she's my hidden secret, but she's too good not to share :)

Best place to work out on salts. Relatively quiet in the gym so no waiting for equipment. Has everything you need and the people are great. Also great massages available.

Salt Spring Island Wellness Centre
Practising with the warm and welcoming yoga community at Salt Spring Island Wellness Centre was a highlight of my week's visit to Salt Spring. The teachers are all wonderful in their own unique way. Each created a supportive space giving detailed cues and variations of the poses. The studio is sunny and cheerful with every prop you could possibly need. I will definitely return for more next time I'm there! Highly recommend.

Disgusting youth" group invites young children to a twerk event and encourages them to wear "jiggleable" attire. They're poster is women in thongs. Disgusting and highly questionable behavior for minor children in a youth group.Absolutely despicable"
