Chef Dez

I've taken many of Chef Dez's Zoom classes and I've learned something new every time! I thought I was a pretty good home cook but Chef Dez has taught me so many tips and tricks to improve my cooking. He's funny and engaging and makes sure everyone is following along. He encourages questions during the classes and makes sure everyone has a good time. I highly recommend these classes.

Chef Dez is awesome! I especially love his Zoom Cooking Classes. You get to learn so much right in the comfort of your home and you could easily make this a date night for you and your significant other. It’s fantastic!

Chef Dez is one of my favorite chefs! I absolutely love his classes. My husband I attend often and we always come away with a new tip, tool or secret to make our cooking better. We so love his Hot & Sour Soup recipe and make it almost every week! Don't miss out! Very reasonably priced too.

You don’t have to be “a gourmet” to participate in Chef Dez’s classes. I love that he provides and demonstrates such good home cooking style recipes—the kind you’ll actually use and enjoy time after time. The Zoom classes are sheer fun and on top of the good food, Chef always has wonderful kitchen-skill tips to share.

I have taken several of Chef Dez’s cooking classes including in person pre-pandemic. I actually prefer the online classes, as I still get to socialize with other class-takers, but I’m making the recipe in my own kitchen, with my own equipment and that makes it so much easier to learn and remember what I learned when I make the recipe again on my own. I also love that Chef Dez teaches you not just how to do the recipe, but extra cooking skills along the way. I am already booked in for two more classes and I have no doubt I will take more as they come out. Thanks Chef! ❤️

There aren't enough words to describe how wonderful Chef Dez's classes are! The classes themselves are always entertaining with the Chefs winning personality. The recipes are varied and almost fool proof! My entire family loves them! I think the best part of the classes are the skills taught. By using many of the tricks and techniques I've learned in his classes, my already good home cooking has improved immensely. Everybody should be taking these classes on a regular basis!

Doing Chef Dez’s zoom cooking classes during this Pandemic was one of the highlights in my week. He makes cooking fun and my family and myself loved the delicious meals. I highly recommend his classes and can hardly wait for the day when I can take a face to face class. Chef Dez is a total hoot to cook with!

Chef Dez is an amazing chef, and while being so talented, he remains approachable, down-to-earth and a lot of fun! I’ve been joining Chef Dez’s online Zoom cooking classes since the summer of 2020, and it has really upped my cooking skills! Not only does he share his delicious, tried and tested recipes, but he shares a wealth of information and cooking techniques with us. I’m an experienced home cook, but now in the kitchen I often find myself thinking, “How can I ‘Chef Dez’ this recipe up?” - to elevate the dish to the next level. You really should join his classes, or buy his recipe books - there is so much to benefit from, and it’s time well spent! I highly recommend Chef Dez!

Chef dez is amazing! His classes are so much fun and all his recipes are so full of flavor! I am especially fond of his Chinese food series and the recipes have become a staple at family get togethers!

I have been taking Chef Dez classes for over 11 years now.I have taken them at various locations and at my home more times than I can count. When the pandemic hit and all classes were cancelled he started doing them on Zoom. He makes all of his classes fun and enjoyable. His recipes are easy to follow and have more flavour then most restaurants I’ve eaten at.His wealth of knowledge is endless and his passion for cooking shows in everything he creates. I highly recommend for everyone to take one of his classes . At the end of the class you will walk away with a full belly, a new recipe to add to your collection and a wealth of new knowledge about food and cooking.
