During the Easter Holidays I sent my 2 page order in by Fax. Some of the items were of great importance to myself in Flower industry. I am truly thankful for (2 Day) quick response. That T & T Seeds had received my order both pages. Was shipped Wednesday! Wow!! It was amazing responds and excellent shopping service!!

They were once very reliable, but have clearly well under staffed. The disappointing issue here though is that they are still taking orders with no disclaimers that items are delayed or backed up, etc and no communication. It may be easier to avoid the headache of ordering unless you are physically able to visit them until they can staff up or be through the busy season. UPDATE: They responded to a facebook DM so maybe there is hope!

Hello, I thoroughly enjoy dealing with T&T Seeds. The staff in the main store in Winnipeg are very helpful, caring and knowledgeable. I have discussed many issues with the staff and have always received good suggestions for corrective actions.I have been purchasing seeds and plants from T&T Seeds for years, and never had a problem.Great place to deal with and to discuss plant issues.Keep up the good work.Thanks

I am so frustrated with this company. I placed an order on April 19th and it is now May 29th. No order. I called a few times to ask why I had not received a tracking email yet. Even customer service didn't know it was being held because one item wasn't available until about the third time I called. It did not say it was unavailable online when I placed my order. Over $600 was taken off my credit card and I have received nothing.

I have pushed this greenhouse to the very limits of what it can be. This is my living room currently and I am a pig in $%!+! $150 for the unit and we will be building it into the plan outside with some cage reinforcement for the wind factor. I absolutely am in love with the store and it's employees, the one with the big smile makes my day! Never a bad experience and the seeds have been wonderful. Anyone complaining about seeds forgets what nature and growing is actually like. I would honestly work here just for the environment alone.

I grow a market garden so getting my order quickly is super important. For the first time I ordered from T&T. My usual seed company didn't have the tomato varieties I wanted this year but T&T did so I went with them. T&T immediately filled my order, and shipped very quickly. I like the fact that the company is in Manitoba. Excellent service!

Great selection of seeds and annuals.I buy a couple of hanging baskets for my mom for Mother’s Day every year. Staff is very friendly too, nice girls at the till with friendly smiles! Other than that, and I realize they are a pet friendly company where you can bring your pets in and let them shop with you, but while I was shopping today, a big dog came out of nowhere and ran at me while growling. One of the girls from the till shooed him away and apologized and said it was the owners dog, but all in all it was very startling. Friendly or not, it’s important to keep pets on a leash while in a store at the very least. Not everyone is a dog person!

Visited the shop today with a friend, a large collection of vegetable seeds, flower seeds, perennials, gardening accessories, home accessories and many more. It's always nice to spend some time there buying seeds and checking their catalog. The sales lady was friendly and polite. This was my second visit and sure I'll be coming back again.

This is the third time I have ordered seeds from T & T. Each time the order has been received in less than a week after being placed. On one occasion I received a package of yellow petunia seeds instead of the red velour I had ordered; following a telephone call, I was sent the correct package without being charged postage or having to return the yellow seeds. Staff are helpful and polite. I will continue ordering from T & T.
