This must be the lowest rated marine business I've seen.

We just had the complete canvas replaced on our 36’ aft cabin cruiser. The work is very professionally done, we have received lots of complements from fellow boaters. You will have to wait for the work to be completed though, this job was well over a year in duration. Some communication heads-up is missing, but once you ask they are quick to respond with appropriate answers as expected. In the end as long as you have a time budget, you will receive what you pay for. This would have been a 5 star rating if we had it done in the same season and was kept in the loop as things happen in the back ground. However I would still highly recommend these people to work on your canvas. Job well done!!

In response to Paul Ibanez we apologize for the delay however since your canvas was really dirty and we had to have new orders to be completed before we can deal with repairs it took longer than expected. Have your canvas been clean before delivering to us we would have the job done in between new orders and completed within the estimated time.In response to Ryan Wilson you should elaborate more on your reviews if you are short of words please give us a call and discuss your issues then post with your comments. We had Dreamcast design and build a new bimini, dodger and enclosure for our boat four seasons ago. Dreamcast was aboard our boat with us to customize the design for how we used the boat, where we helm from, where we have items placed on our stern rails. They came up with a design that both worked for us and looks stunning on our boat. We get compliments on the look, style and functionality of the enclosure everywhere we go. When we removed our radar backstay mast, Dreamcast worked with us again to cover the pass-through that was no longer required and did the changes quickly for us. The enclosure and 'glass' look as good and is as tight as the day it was installed. We expect that we get many years of enjoyment from our canvas.

Visited at Toronto boat show found them to be very condescending and rude!

Only good cause of its name

We are VERY satisfied with the full enclosure that Dreamcast made for our boat. The quality of their work is high and they offer features that are superior to others that I have seen for the same pricing e.g., they use leather piping for chafe points. You may have to wait a little longer for delivery but it’s well worth it. We have also been more than pleased with their service and have always been dealt with in a professional and friendly manner.

I would NOT recommend this company.I brought my boat cover for repair. She said it will be no problem and ready in 2 weeks and will cost only $120.I called when the 2 weeks was up and she said that its too dirty and doesnt want to mess up her work table as she had another project on the go.No call to even tell me that she cant or doesnt want to do it. She wasted 2 weeks of my time.So I took my cover to Lakeview Marine in Port perry. $75 and 3 days wait.So, take your chances.

Writing this review because of the other questionable reviews below. I doubt any of them have any canvas from this company.Our sailboat (CS34) came with a bimini and dodger made by Dreamcast. Quality is top notch and we constantly get positive comments from anyone visiting our boat. We had an issue with one snap popping off and the clear panel on top going off colour. Even though we didn't purchase from them they were great to deal with and helped us fix things up. You can tell they really care about their work.
