I can’t say enough good things about this place. I have used so many of their services over the last 22 years (daycare, boarding, private and group training, grooming) and they have never disappointed…. Most recently (the past year), they have helped me train my black lab puppy. I can honestly say that they have turned him into my dream dog. They are professional, reliable, and friendly. Training with them has been educational and fun and I highly recommend them to family and friends.

If you have a small dog (Yorkie in my case) and need boarding or dog day care, go straight there and see for yourself the wonderful dog “condos” they have for small breed dogs, they felt so much nicer and calmer and less intimidating for small dogs. The staff is extremely friendly and very caring for the dogs and my dog has always left the boarding very happy with no issues at all !

We did Obedience 1 here and it was a really positive experience. The trainers are great and professional. They really take the time to understand where your dog needs improvement and give great tips on how to adjust towards the desired behaviour. Thank you to the team, Kobe had a great time!

Left my pup there for a weekend. When we got her back home, she seemed traumatized and would try to run away and hide when she hears any loud noise outside.

I used the kennel service that they had. I left my dog there for ten days which was his very first time in a kennel. Our dog came back as if nothing happened. Wasn't traumatized. Was happy to see me and the family but went to his normal routine as soon as he was back in the house. I don't know if that is a good thing or should we be insulted lol. Staff was great. Took their time to explain how things worked and made sure we were comfortable. Only thing is they still use paper and pen and so their system isn't computerized so things can be a bit slow when it comes to the front office. But they are so great and no way I would let that affect their rating.

Amazing trainers... but would prefer it if the center's policy would allow you to take recordings of the sessions. We are not allowed to record both in groups setting and in private sessions!What a shame... we pay for the content... and other training centers even provide their own platform with recordings they did of the lessons.
