My first time to visit UBC hospitalThough that the staff are friendlyBut because im not familiar n the place instead of assisting me a man whise on duty 10/01/22 lift his voice and l feel bothered he is not good in performance sorry to say.

Had a procedure done recently at UBC Radiology and the experience was excellent. Almost painless with sedation, the nurse was excellent, doctors had a empathetic manner, were incredibly gentle, and explained both the procedure and the results very well. Very impressed with my experience. Thank you!

Had a spinal nerve root block injection on 29 March 2022. Relief was immediate and of course of great overall benefit. Many thanks to the doctor, anesthetist, nurses and staff: you have worked your magic again> Best wishes - Paul Ormiston

I am forever grateful to Tina in radiology for her kindness, patience and help in sorting things out with my GP. She took the time to explain the process to me. I truly appreciate her knowledge and positive approach in dealing with patients.

Really frustrating staff; I’m trying to book a test with them for couple of months; they never answer the call or return the voice messages. I finally got someone on phone this month, and her awful service end up with saying no spots available after 3 days of my phone calls and following up. Every day I heard we call you back while they never did. Such disordered organizations are really frustrating, and it's so sad that this kind of disappointing department is part of the UBC.Asking the supervisor to deal with the issue; we chatted on phone, and he accepted that they got the referral the first day I call. He supposed to deal with that, and get back to me which NEVER happens.

I was extremely anxious before my CT Scan. It was comfortable and fast. The staff are extremely friendly and patient. Thank you!

Terrible service. My GP office can’t reach to schedule ultrasound. No answer coming from faxing them (fax?, really? Are we in 20th century?).Calling them is dead-end. There is no way to reach anybody there. I had to go to the other hospital on other side of the town to get ultrasound service.

I want to thank the staff at the UBC Department of Radiology Department who recently provided me with a CD of a CScan. There wasn't time to go through the normal requesting process because my doctor’s appointment was in another city and within days. Tina Zorotheos told me everything I needed to know to request an urgent copy. The staff were amazing! Within 2 hours I returned to pick up the CD. Many thanks to Tina and Clara and everyone who helped. I’m very grateful to this wonderful group of professionals!

Today I had my HSG at UBC hospital! Great staff! Reception and nurses! Dr. Murray, radiologist, has performed the procedure! It was an excellent experience! I was afraid before seeing him! He was professional and explained each step for me! I feel great now, after 6 hours of the test!
