Love Freshii in general, but the location in Angus goes above and beyond for customer service! Always polite, efficient and accommodating when you need to substitute an ingredient. I have been going weekly since they opened and have never been disappointed. The restaurant is always clean and the food is definitely fresh. Hence the name Freshii. Try them, you won’t be disappointed!!!

My partner and I stopped in for lunch today and loved it! We both had the Tex Mex burrito and Green Genius juice. Restaurant is very clean, food was great with good portions for its prices. The staff was friendly and checked on us to make sure we were satisfied. Definitely recommend and will be back!

EDIT: The store manager contacted me after leaving this review and remediated the situation. He offered me 2 bowls for free as he reviewed the security camera footage and did find there were mistakes in our order. He let me know that the employee that had made the mistakes was placed back into training to ensure it doesn't happen again. He was very kind and worked very quickly to take care of the mistakes made.Really not impressed. Ordered 2 bowls both with falafels, which I paid an extra $5 for. Got home and found the bowls were half the size the should be, missing ingredients and I got 1 falafel in each bowl…. So I paid over $30 for half the amount of food I should have gotten, and when I add up what my total should have been I was overcharged. Normally love freshii but I am really unimpressed with this.

Delicious and healthy! I got the chicken Tex Mex bowl and a raspberry kombucha which came to about $20 which is a little expensive, but the quality was definitely there. The bowl was amazing, but I wasn’t a fan of the raspberry kombucha. I will try another flavour next time. Overall, great healthy place with lots of options and really friendly people.

I kept on coming back and gave the missing star because in my opinion this is the healthiest fast food option in Angus. It is a little bit more expensive, especially if you add protein to your meals. But they don’t skimp out on the protein for you. The taste is excellent, the quality of ingredients are very fresh and the customer service is good. I will just need to try out more of their menu but I 100% recommend the market wrap or salad.

A big thank you to whomever was working Friday Jan 7th at closing. The skip the dishes courier did not arrive until well after Freshii's closing time. Thank you for preparing our meal and staying late to wait for the courier. We really appreciate it!

I bought a burrito. It was 90% rice. It possibly had 8 black beans, a tiny amount of corn and no cheese. If I hadn't left the store either It I would have asked for another. Definitely would not go back. They are ripping off their customers.

I’ve gone to the angus location several times! I prefer it over any other location and will drive out of my way to get from here vs my local one! The owners and employees are kind, the portions are always large and the best around! They’ve always made my order right and it doesn’t matter if I do an online order or order inside, they’re always quick! You guys deserve 5 stars!
