Probably the worst Tim hortons I’ve ever been to. Every single time doesn’t matter the time will be 10am, 3pm or 8pm and no matter what they are out of almost every single hot food they “serve”. Made an online order a bit ago for dinner at 6 pm and once I arrived none of it was ready and I was asked if they start making the hot food if I can wait 10 minutes. The whole point of online ordering is them starting the food before you get there then on top of that I was basically told I was the problem for ordering hot food that “late” (it was 6pm). Even if they by some miracle have the hot food something is always missing from the order. Worth the 20 min drive to carstairs or olds if you want timmies.

Our orders have usually been correct, but they do occasionally mix it up or give us the wrong thing. With that said, they do have some really lovely staff - Marcy is so full of joy and she always makes my day!

Was nice to use a bathroom with paper towels. I don't like to touch door handle without paper after washing hands. Most other Tim Hortons have air dryers which are useless, germ spreaders. Also they had warm water to wash. I have used nothing but cold water at others. Kudos to this owner.

I called ahead and ordered Timbits. I waited in customer already ordered waiting line. When there was an opening between clients, I went to the counter, paid and left. I didn't go in the line up to order food because I had already ordered.

The food is good, same as any other Tim Hortons. The speed of getting your order is the slowest of any Tim's that I have been to.

Not the best Tims. Always waiting at the till as they prioritize serving the drive thru. Tables are seldom cleaned and surfaces are dusty/greasy. Restroom needs a thorough cleaning!

This place needs a manager working over lunch on a saturday. It was a mess when i went in there and staff interpurting customers (who had waited a really long time to be served) to talk to another staff member about something that could have waited.

I'm always greeted in the morning by a very cheerful voice so wishes me a good day. I've never had anything missing from my order and everything made to specifications. The drive through is always fast.

every time we visit this location they either miss items or get it completely wrong. They seem too focused on drive thru and ignore anyone at the front counter. Don't order anything more than drinks and donuts if you don't have 20 min to burn waiting.

When I ordered from this Tim Hortons after a long hard day, I was very excited to get my ice coffee, The staff failed to mention that they had ran out of cold coffee. So when I got my order it wasn’t even close to cold. It was basically hot coffee with ice in it. I am very disappointed with my experience and don’t recommend this Tim Hortons to anyone. If I could give a 0 I would.
