I do love this store. Better buying dye from them than box dyes. They were out of stock for a while, so I ordered online. Will NEVER order from Sally online again. No notice that they dont deliver to PO Boxes. Had to LOOK for my package myself. Sally online said they arent responsible once it leaves them. When i got my package it was all smushed. Ill stick with the store from now on.

I bleached my hair and thought I destroyed it. Went to Sally's to see if they could help. The young lady with the long black hair with coloured ends (I wish I knew her name) fixed me up with her suggestions. She is always helpful and knowledgeable when I go in there.

Very unhappy with this place drop a bunch of money to treat myself.I asked about the color lift kit with no bleach the color remove kit by argon oil to pull the dark out and I said a few times will this work on thick and dark hair , she said yes it will you will get great result.Well I did it twice and nothing changed !I grab some color to ion blue sapphire and used it tonight and it didn't work great at all.So I will not be going to.back thereIt's not nice to lie to people to make a quick sale.All she said was we get our info off the reviews of the people and product.

Went in there with no idea what to buy. I was greeted at the door by a very kind young lady, I told her what I was hoping to achieve, she offered me options in different price ranges, helped me check out and answered all my questions. It was my first time in there and I will definitely by going back. So kind and helpful!

The staff seems to change here every time I am in and the new people are not always as knowledgeable as they probably should be. Everyone has always been friendly, though.

Good place to go and staff are knowledgeable. However product needed is never in stock and online orders that have been placed were never received.Overall staff are wonderful though and will still come back for things!

For some reason my post had been deleted, I think my kids got into my phone; anyways, it's a great store to find what you need, reasonable prices for the public and the staff were really helpful and welcoming- it's pretty small In there but very neat and tidy!
