The staff here are helpful, friendly, hard working and have great attitudes. Returning items is easy, and makes me want to spend more money here! Thanks especially to Tommy who went out of her way to be extra helpful to me.

The selection stocks are good enough. Though the store worker are working as if it is Youtube with 0.25x playback speed. I feel sympathy for them because it is their corporate fault for lack of training. They are confused with their POS. Took me 20 minutes for an online pickup with no customer in the store and 3 store attendants. Be patient and all good. I was quiet and playing with my phone until they figured it out.

One stop shop for casual, formal and industrial wear for men and women. Great collection of footwear and accessories as well. Their work pants are one of the best and long lasting ever. There are fitting rooms and staff assisted me with my concerns. They have a good footwear collection.

Amazing customer service! I was assisted by a young lady named Saba who provided me exceptional service and I'd hope somehow she gets the recognition she deserves in her workplace.

Processed my uniform voucher and purchased my workboots here, excellent customer service, voucher was quickly filled and received excellent help, they had a copy of our catalog showing the items which was also a big help, in deciding what I would like. The boot selection is quite amazing, lots to choose from as well as their clothing selection in store.

Needed an exchange for some usually excellent heavy duty suspenders that failed sooner than reasonable. Staff were cooperative, helpful and cheerful. I was on my way with a fresh pair of suspenders and a smile in 5 minutes. That's the way it's done !

Marks on orfus Rd is not a discount store. Small inside compared to other Marks and seems like less inventory. Prices are the same as all other stores.

Amazing staff from cashiers to manager.Purchased a pair of boots online from marks and the boots had some defects so I wanted to return. When I arrived I wanted to exchange because of the defects but they didn’t have that boot in stock at the time so I had to go another location. I was thinking store about to close and I don’t want to drive out another day to exchange so I asked if they could discount me for the defects, cashier asked for manager and manager was amazing to offer right away, the offer I was happy to keep.Been to two location including this location and I cant say anything more but top standards and they really go out of their way to help.Thanks to you all and can’t wait to test out the few winter boots we got with the Icefx anti slip boots.

They are SO sweet in here and there's lots of merch. I ordered an item online for pickup here. Stock was indicated as extremely low throughout the city. As soon as the store opened, I called to verify they had the item in stock. Then my husband drove all the way up there to purchase the item, even though my online order was in process. When I tried on the item, it was way too big, so I then hopped in the car to exchange it for a smaller size. Great success! The staff knew the situation from having helped my husband earlier, so cancelling the online order and exchanging the one he bought for the smaller size was an absolute breeze. The 3 staff who helped me were without exception kind, helpful and efficient. I was in and out of the store, including trying on the item, in less than 10 minutes. With there being ample parking as well, I can't say enough good about this store! Go Mark's!
