We were taken care of well for over a decade with Dr Best. We were never was pushed for anything and we were always given a comprehensive explanation for all our questions and millions of concerns we always come up with.A few days back Dr. Best helped us with the hardest decision any dog owner face at the end. Excellent doctors, technicians and admin staff. Very knowledgeable and professional. I have been taking my pets here for 21 years and both my dogs received excellent loving care. I highly recommend the Animal hospital of Oakville. They are the best.

Excellent service. I called in on a Sunday and they were able to see me the same day. The vet was very friendly and treated my pup with care. The costs were explained and very reasonable. I’d highly recommend them.

We didn't end up going here in person for an appointment just due to complications with timing, but we had an amazingly helpful phone call with one of the reception staff! My partner and I recently adopted a kitty and we were trying to piece together his medical history as some records were missing. The receptionist was very kind and understanding of our weird situation, and they were able to help us sleuth out a ton of helpful information, including which appointments and vaccinations we would want to book in the coming weeks. I usually don't love making phone calls, even under less stressful circumstances, but we were really put at ease and feel good to help our new little buddy get his ducks (cats?) in a row. The vets at the Animal Hospital of Oakville all pros. They and their staff have lovingly cared for our sweet cat Molly for the past 14 years. Recently when Molly became critically ill they all tried their best to keep her with us a little bit longer. Sadly it was not to be and we had to let her go. The staff and the vets were very supportive and kind during this very difficult time.

Very disappointed to phone for a medical visit for our cat to be told our account had been deactivated. No, we hadn't been there in 4 years but 2 of those years were during a pandemic and other family issues were involved. A phone call would have been nice. So long and thanks for the past.

My 3 year old golden retriever became seriously ill, in life threatening condition. Dr. Mat Best took us in immediately, treated and spoke to ER emergency and set us up. Followed up over the phone during the day as well as spoke to all other vets that were helping with her care. I couldn’t recommend a better veterinarian. I am so thankful Mat and his team were able to guide us through this difficult time.

5+ stars for Dr. Danika Neumann who is so caring, generous, brilliant and also open minded to some alternative treatments when Susie had difficulty tolerating regular meds. We appreciate that so much. She even calls home to check up on little Susie. Susie has some tricky situations - Diabetes and Pituitary Cushing's. Dr. Neumann has guided us very gently but thoroughly, through these very trying times. We are so blessed to have Dr. Neumann as our vet ~
