L'atelier du Pain
Each time I go to Magog from my home in Northern NH I stop there. I go about 4-6 times per year. Since I do not speak much French, there is little interaction with the staff. They are always polite to me. The baked goods and other food is wonderful. They have a large selection of amazing cheeses and other gourmet items. It is well worth stopping there!

Bread is amazing. Lots of produce to choose from, eclectic but I would say French oriented. A little pricey but the quality is obvious.

There's so much more than baked goods it's worth a visit. Keep in mind the staff is not the warm and cuddly type.

Delicious pastries and very comfy ambiance. The baker who oversees the recipes is amazing, because all of the baked goods sold here are incredibly tasty and flavorful

Absolutely terrible staff. I don’t know if they were grumpy for working during the holidays or something like that, but everybody was very rude.The person at the bakery had the fantastic idea of putting a doughnut inside the same box of a mouse. You can imagine what happened right?The food is great, but I’ll never come back due to the terrible service

I just loved the L'Atelier du pain. It has a really cool vibe, beautifully decorated layout with a nice jazz riff playing in the background. And as nice as it looks, the food is even better. I ordered a croissant which was flaky, fresh and buttery, and a Brioche à la cannelle, which was also flaky and the perfect amount of cinnamon and sweetness. Service was quick and friendly. I have eaten in dozens of pâtisseries throughout France and elsewhere, and L'Atelier du pain is among the best.

Atelier du pain is a wonderful concept store. They have an amazing specialty selection of foods, pastries, condiments and wines.The owner Thibault and the staff were very hospitable. They prepared a nice plate of vheeses and dried sausages for us, and we had a wonderful time on their outdoor terrace, enjoying their food and wine.Really recommend checking out their store if you are ever in Magog!
