Hyundai On Hunt Club

My experience with Hyundai on Hunt Club was very satisfying.They were honest, prompt and the work was done as quickly as possible. I love my car and feel it has always been taken care of.

Worst dealership and diffidently the worst service department in the world!!! I hate my Elantra so much that I’m planning to burn it.Don’t trust and buy the extended warranty, it’s useless, I bought four new tires and one exploded while I was on the high way, it could have killed me! It bursted from the interior side wall! I was also way over charged for car inspection, it took them three months to do BTW. Communication and customer service is nothing but garbage!Don’t buy from them.

i just want to give a huge thanks to Kunj and Nabil and their entire team for helping me get the car of my dreams !! they got me out of my old 2018 elantra that i got ripped off on from another dealer and in to the 2023 luxury elantra that i’ve always wanted ! i couldn’t be more thankful for the team being very thorough and detailed when going over paperwork and the details of the car ! never going anywhere other than Kunj and Nabil and their sales manager !thank you so much!!

Absolutely amazing experience. Tran is the best sales guy I have met. I bought a brand new car and the process was very smooth. Tran always answers my questions and makes. I recommend him if you’re thinking of purchasing a car. You won’t be disappointed!

Pretty brutal experience with this dealership's management of recalls...I received a recall notice re: a part I had replaced last year ($1+K replacement) when my Elantra brakes stopped working (!) one day randomly (thankfully was just driving in the neighbourhood vs. on a highway, etc.). The letter indicated I would be eligible for a reimbursement, since I've already had the faulty part (brake lines, no surprise!) replaced on my own dime (vs. Hyundai doing it themselves at no cost to me).I called the dealer to arrange next steps. They said I had to come in for an inspection first to be included in the reimbursement application (along with our receipt, etc.). That inspection could only be scheduled 3 weeks out, which was understandable as this recall affected many cars who also needed service appointments.My husband showed up today early for the appointment. He was told that the service shop was not doing ANY inspections related to this recall, since they were out of the new brake line replacements. He explained that we didn't need to have the brake lines replaced, since we had already done so, we just needed the inspection as a part of the reimbursement application. The Hyundai rep noted that it *didn't matter* if we didn't need the part, they weren't doing *any* inspections related to this recall due to them not having enough of said parts. He told my husband to try to call again in 3 weeks and *perhaps* they will have a new stock of brake lines and can resume inspections. They said there was nothing more they could for us today.It is entirely unclear to me why we didn't *at least* receive a call notifying us that our appointment should be cancelled since they couldn't/wouldn't be able to do the service we had booked. Furthermore, the explanation as to why the service staff couldn't complete the inspection and initiate our reimbursement was extremely vague and didn't make much sense. This suggests to me that there isn't a solid/clear process for recalls or communications from Hyundai HQ to this dealership...What a waste of time and energy for us, and poor communication on the part of this dealership. I will update this review if the situation improves and the reimbursement process is smoother from here. Overall, not a good experience.

We sold our car to them a few days ago because they offered us the best price on the market. Sami and Luis made us a great, fair offer and made sure that the process was smooth, fast, and easy for us. They are professional and prompt. The whole process took 15 minutes. Very satisfied with their services, and we totally recommend them.If you want to sell your car they will give you the best price on the market.

Big thank you to Kevin who helped me trade my old Elantra in for my new 2023 Luxury version! He was polite, efficient, and went the extra mile in showing me a team members vehicle so I could get a feel for what I’d be purchasing. When my car arrived, Kevin had everything ready for me when I got there and was very thorough in showing me all the new bells and whistles that my previous car didn’t have. Also, thank you to Adam who helped me through the financing part of my purchase. I didn’t have the best experience with my previous Hyundai dealership and I’m so happy to have found the team at the Hunt Club location. I have shared their information with all my friends and will be using them for all my vehicles needs!

We were shopping for a car to be used primarily by my wife. Kevin welcomed us and immediately made us feel comfortable and listened to. He demonstrated a Tuscon Hybrid to us and my wife liked the car very much. Kevin and everyone else at this dealership was candid and very friendly. This made the whole process of buying the car that much less stressful.It's a tough time for shopping for a car due to continuing supply issues. But these guys really try to get get you the car you want as soon as they can.It was a pleasure dealing with Kevin and everyone else at Hyundai On Hunt Club while purchasing our Tucson Hybrid Ultimate!
