Their marinated chicken is nice. Fair prices as well. But one big drop is they really need to improve on customer service.

Cashier woman is really rude , like super super rude , never coming to that shop again , plus on site it shows that they close at 11 , but she told me when I was giving order that , they all go home by 10:30 . (Come before 10:30 or don’t come .

I ordered today with Uber Eats I was missing half the portion of naan and lamb chaap, I ordered 4 naans and only got 2 cut in halves, I ordered 2 portions of the 3 piece lamb chaap and only for 1. Uber refused to give me a refund! What a rip off. Restaurant needs to go under review!

Worst soya champ in brampton.Earlier they made good soya champ but from my last 2 orders I experienced the worst soya champ now. You can't even eat; it's not the soya champ.

Worst experience . I ordered butter chicken and their special chicken. Both had just raw pieces. Please don’t go there.

My experience today was absolutely terrible.Firstly they disobeyed COVID rules by allowing more then 10 customers inside (they even had two signs one inside and one outside). Next was, a customer in front of us ordered a certain item and when he came to pick it up they prepped something totally different all the while they put the blame on the costumer. Next was the waiting time. While it is obvious the first come first serve rule always applies they forced up to wait 40 after we ordered (taking into account that we ordered via phone then came). After we got home, after taking a bite, not only was one side of the chicken still raw the other was burned to a crisp. If you agree that all these things are something you want to avoid, find a another meat shop. Never going here again

Just avoid this place, went to this location after 4-5 years and it has completely changed.The food quality has definitely gone down and there is no customer service here now.The owner or cook doesn’t know how to talk to customers saw him rudely telling a customer to ask for chutney while giving the initial order, the customer said he will pay for the chutney but the guy was extremely rude. I have seen someone behave like this for 50 cents even when the customer said he will pay for it.Lady at front desk ( most likely the owner) just throws the food counter after you have paid. They need a reality check, they are who they are because of customers but it looks like they are doing a favour to customer by giving them what they paid for. They really need to get humble
