Wish there was an option for zero stars. That's what burger king in casselman deserves. Food always cold always served with attitude. Treats employees with no respect.The owner ( will not name) needs I reality check on how too run a very good franchise. He's ruining a good place. Head office you should do something

Waited at least 15 minutes if not longer in the drive thru. They didn't even acknowledge our existence so we left.

Sat in the drive thru for probably about 15 minutes and then finally decided to just go in because nobody was taking my order at all and they had no sign saying their drive thru was closed or anything. Only maybe 2 of the employees that I could see were wearing hair nets and no one was wearing gloves at all and handling the toppings for burgers such as cheese with their bare hands. I watched one of the employees rub their nose and then not even wash their hands after. The kitchen looked dirty and unsanitary as well from what I could see.

No hello, what can I do for you!Asked for ketcup and the employee looked frustrated and throw about 10 plus into our bag.Not impressed at all with the service we reveived.

I waited 15 minutes for my food. It was $17 for a #1 with bacon.. Also the burger was cold because they were waiting for onion rings and forgot to put tomatoes. I went back and they threw a slice of tomato in a cup and that was it. Someone dropped something like a chocolate milk shake on gloom and everyone was sliding on it. Terrible !!!!!!!

Had the crispy chicken sandwich. It was excellent ! It was served hot, it was very juicy and flavourful. It was so good ! The lady that served me at the take out was super nice. The place has a lot of parking and it’s free. I highly recommend this place ! ☺️Feb 12,2022. I tried the angry Whopper. It was absolutely delicious ! A little bit of tang from the halepeños. Some crispy onions inside and like a BBQ sauce. It was nice and juicy, served hot, it was awesome and again the staff never disappoints, always great service ! Thank you Burger King for making such great burgers !

we waited 5 minutes at the speaker in the drive thru until someone took our order and then at the window the guy took the time to ask if we ordered a poutine and we said no and they still gave us the complete wrong order so we went back in the drive thru and they gave us our correct order and by that time the food was cold and also they gave me a single cheeseburger instead of a double cheeseburger like i ordered. horrible service!

Waited in line for 10 minutes ALONE, NO OTHER CUSTOMER EXCEPT FOR ONE LADY, the employee(s) knew we were there and gave us looks. When they finally took our order, the dude cooking sat on the counter where they PREPARE THE FOOD. Ordered a whopper and the bacon burger and the bread was so stale, the food was ice cold and they messed up the order. Dirty place, wouldn't recommend to anyone who doesn't want to spend the night in the bathroom.

I was the last drive thru customer of the evening. Not knowing the restaurant closed at 9 pm. I ordered a big king meal. It includes fries and drink with a choice of ,2 sandwiches. I went down the road ; ate fries, and cheeseburger then searched the bag for the chicken jr. ! Did not get it! . I was 10 mins down the road. I called twice no answer. I went back and there was a guy putting out the garbage and he did it fast to leave for home. Today I called to no avail. Now I'm out of a sandwich . I can't recommend this place at all!

Showed up to order food. No burgers at all even though there was no way of knowing that while waiting in line. Manager was rude and her answer to helping us find something else that they did have was to go somewhere else to eat. Then closed the window. Very disappointed. When we asked who the store owner was were told no one knew.
