Very very bad. Extremely rude from the beginning. Didn't have the truck I rented. And when I told him I have a reservation. He said not his problem. It's uhaul's fault. He raised his voice. And kept cutting me off. He also represents the Days Inn. Where the uhaul rental is. So they will also be getting a bad review.

This is my 1st 1 star review that I've left on Google reviews. Don't go here. Lady at the desk is terrible. They didn't have the truck we reserved, wouldn't upgrade or rent us another truck because they were all reserved. SO WAS MINE!Wouldn't she wouldn't help us book another truck and told us she couldn't help with anything. She directed us to a 2nd location and gave us a number to call. We were on hold the entire way there and when we got through we were directed to another location.TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE experience.

Can't speak to other people's experiences but mine was seamless, pleasant and quick. Rented twice in 1 week, was late both times to go pick it up but had no problems. All i did was take a pic of my license, paid and I was out of there. They lady at the desk wasn't overly chatty but I wasn't really there to make a new friend. She was polite and set everything up for me quickly. This location would be my go to moving forward.

The help desk of this location is inside the hotel so a bit confusing but it is marked and you will see few trucks in the parking lot. The lady at the counter was very helpful and friendly. We booked the truck over the phone from the central site and had the reference number. The process of renting went smoothly and also the returning as well. I saw some reviews that how some locations want you to fill more gas so thats why before taking the truck we inspected around for any damage and also took the picture of gas indicator and mileage in case of dispute. But everything went well.

They are fraud. I got a quote of $236+ tax but charged me $578. I’m calling to customer care. Everyone say I go to my manager she refund your money. Long waiting time and they put me on hold for 1 hour after that just disconnects my call. They don’t want to give my money back.
