A million stars!!If we could put a million stars beside this name, we would. When we first got engaged, we weren’t sure what we would need a wedding coordinator for as we are generally organized people. The answer is that you need her for everything. From the first day of wedding planning, Sandra was attentive, organized, enthusiastic, and supportive. We worked with her for almost two years as she guided us through multiple pandemic changes and kept us calm and relaxed throughout the process. She made insightful recommendations and helped us stay within our budget. She was extremely helpful in recommending trialed and tested vendors.On the day of the wedding, I was convinced she brought a doppelganger. She was everywhere you needed her to be. From picking up flowers for the ceremony to awaiting guests at the church and ensuring everyone was inside and ready for when we made our entrance. We were able to enjoy our ceremony and take photos in peace as she escorted guests out of the church and prepared for the evening at the reception. Our party favors, guest book, and seating were handled by her, and any small hiccups we had she quickly smoothed over. Our guests absolutely loved her as she was consistent in her kindness and enthusiasm throughout the night. She brought tissues before the first tear dropped, adjusted seats when people wanted to sit together, fixed my dress, and told the photographers exactly what shots needed to be taken. Most importantly she allowed us to be present at our own wedding and enjoy every moment with our family while she handled the details. Overall, the experience was exactly what we hoped for and so much more!! If you are looking for a coordinator look no further than this one, there is a reason why she has such amazing reviews. We love you and thank you for making our day a magical one!

Sandra from Day of Events was absolutely amazing in helping my (not very aesthetically attuned) fiancé put together the most beautiful proposal I could have ever dreamed of. I cannot thank her enough and I greatly look forward to having her as my Day-of-Coordinator for my wedding as well. 10/10 would recommend her services!

We won an hour of Sandra's services through an Instagram giveaway and knew right away we wanted her help cleaning up at the end of our evening. We had a $150 credit, which I had thought I had read on her website you could hire her per hr at that cost. She quoted us double that for her clean up package n we happily agreed. Unfortunately we still had to clean up ourselves at the end, because for some reason she left everything right out front of our truck we rented? Instead of the extra few feet to put it inside the truck?? So we had to move everything from the parking lot to the inside of truck. Still grateful for her help taking down the personal decor.. but so bizarre n complacent. Our fav thing was the champagne we were gifted with our prize, the actual service was not up to our expectations.Update: she blames our lead planner for the lack of communication and not having our decor list/knowing the order of items in our truck so that is why it was left beside truck. My husband told her to just leave it as it was easier than trying to explain while drunk. My expectations were no questions on arrival but to already know and execute the game plan. If i knew we would be staying until 1am ourselves, i wouldnt have hired her as it defeated the purpose. I couldn't get ahold of Sandra, she did not respond to emails in a timely manner, and I had such little contact prior to the wedding that I honestly didn't know if she would show up that evening. She only responded timely in regards to her payment, but somehow didnt tell me she couldnt get ahold of jen for the decor list. I would have sent myself if she had contacted me but i was under the impression the 2 of them had it under control. I wish I had just paid Jen to stay and clean up, instead of expecting a new planner to be able to pick up where she left off seamlessly. Moral of my story is don't expect Instagram giveaway prizes to give the same service as a paid job.

I hired a day of coordinator for my wedding day and let me tell you, this team is amazing! Sandra and Abigail were so sweet, positive, professional, responsive and also made suggestions on things I hadn’t even thought of that made my wedding day even better. All my guests complimented us on how smoothly our wedding day went and how happy and stress-free we looked. This was true because this team made it so easy not to stress. For anyone reading this review, if you want to enjoy your wedding day stress-free, trust me and HIRE THIS TEAM! They are organized, have attention to detail, and will deliver above and beyond your expectations. I promise you, you won’t be disappointed with their service. My husband and I can’t thank Sandra and Abigail enough for all their hard work they put into making our wedding day so smooth and stress free. THANK YOU SO MUCH! Five plus stars!!!!

Sandra of Day of Events was an absolute joy to work with. I hired her and Day of Events to help me plan my proposal to my fiance, and she did an incredible job. Everything went smoothly and according to plan. The setup was stunning, and on top of all of that, she did everything within the budget. I could not recommend Day of Events more, and my fiance and I will use their services in the future, whether for any significant events or our upcoming wedding. Thank you, Sandra!!

Stop your event coordinator search here and book with Day of Events! We hired Sandra as our day of coordinator for our wedding after reading all the outstanding reviews and we are so happy we did. Sandra led our day with such a calm and positive demeanor which made such a difference on what could easily turn into a stressful day. Sandra attended the rehearsal the night before and arrived the morning of the wedding to set up all the decor and table arrangements, so I was able to relax and actually enjoy the morning with my bridesmaids (don't underestimate how important this is!). While we were away taking photos prior to the ceremony, Sandra was coordinating all the arriving vendors and preparing for the ceremony as guests arrived. After the reception was finished, Sandra even stayed to completely clear the tables and take down all the decor - still with a smile on her face! Thank you Sandra for making our wedding day run without a hitch! HIGHLY recommend!

Day of Events coordinator Sandra was absolutely amazing and made our dream wedding come true. Her attention to detail and making sure everything was on time was impeccable and our wedding was spot on time throughout. Sandra made sure everything was in place and when help was needed she was there, especially when the groom and groomsmen had difficulty putting on their boutonnières.
