Usually think of a 15 min. Wait at least. Seem understaffed in and out of rush. Not a big parking and drivetrough go out un the street if there's more than 3 cars waiting (which happen often)

The cashier was great she was kind when my children were ordering. During their non busy time she sparked a small polite conversation with me and my children while waiting for out food. It took no time before our food was ready. It was a great experience.

The person at the front counter, where I ordered my food, seemed unfriendly or unhappy because he wouldn't smile back at me. Customer service skills need sharpening. I ordered a whopper with a poutine and a rootbeer. The woman only filled the poutine container half full, which, if you are paying $10(trio) + $2 (change fries to poutine) +tax, you should definitely get your money's worth. The food tasted good but the service left a bad taste in my mouth. Restaurant was clean.

I love bk. This time it was clumsy and it took forever!Tried it a couple more times... Drive thru never works, coupon system is always out... Just bad bad bad...God bless McDonalds!!! This burger king unit is HORRIBLE!!!!!!
