Alex was very friendly and helpful and answered all of my questions. He helped me with a product and even walked out to give me more advice. The store is cleaner than other shoppers.

This store is a joke.They choose their own return policies although shoppers drug mart policy allows for returns of the item. The cashier acts as if she was the final word and would not call the manager and told me to go try another shoppers drug mart. “Because of Covid we do not accept returns”

I was at Shoppers about 10:00am Saturday morning to have a prescription updated and review my prescriptions with the pharmacist. There were only" 2 staff working and they were quite busy. "Ada the pharmacist" took the time out of her "schedule" to review my 5 prescriptions and answer some questions I had. TWO thumbs up for her help!!"

Worst pharmacy ever, they lost my faxed in prescription and wouldnt help me out at all, Infact they ignored my phone calls for t he last half hour before closing, should be ashamed, never had a pharmacy be this rude.

That the small height guy Alex is very rude. Went there to drop off prescription but his behaviour was shocking and I left without dropping off, dnt give business to this arrogant man

Been going to this pharmacy for a while now. Have been to many others that lack customer service. The team here is great and make it easy to refill prescriptions. Just wanted to mention Alex, he is amazing! He acknowledges you as soon as you get in line even though he is normally at a computer far away and always takes the time to answer any question one may have. You guys will keep getting my business. Thanks for the exceptional experience.

Great Pharmacists. Especially the female Pharmacist, she has worked at this location for several years. Actually ALL staff are great at this location. I look forward to going here, usually on a weekly basis for Medications.

Jayne in the beauty department was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. She was patient and took her time explaining various beauty products and making good recommendations. It’s nice to be able to purchase makeup from a drug store and have a staff member as kind as Jayne willing to help ensure you select the right products for your needs!

Alex is a really rude person. I'm a pharmacist in my back home and here I was working as a pharmacy assistant. I worked in some pharmacies but I have never experienced like this pharmacy. The environment is full of stress and fear. I really need to this job but it was out of my control so I decided to leave. Nobody is satisfied with this manager but they work because of the money.
