We had a very good experience at this store today. Patrick, in particular, was extremely helpful and demonstrated extensive knowledge! We went in with a bad attitude, and left with a smile! Patrick is a star!!

I had a tricky situation and I received very poor support over the phone with the global Rogers help line. The staff at the Place d'Orléans Rogers location resolved my issue quickly, efficiently and with no hassle. Shout out to Robertson specifically, thanks for being so helpful.

The sales staff were helpfull, after getting my new phone home it asked for a security code to open it we never put a security code in the phone while setting it up at the store.Brought the phone back for some help, Patrick was helping me he couldn't get it to unlock and accused me of putting in a code I explained that didn't happen he did not believe me and basically called me a liar.He said to go to a repair depot and have it repaired.Brand new phone never even made a call on it.My rogers bill is over $500 a month, needless to say I am leaving Rogers.

What a terrible experience. My husband and I went in with a broken phone and it would have been a guaranteed sale for the rep. The guy we spoke to - Luke - was so condescending and rude. We got all the way to the end of the experience and ultimately walked away because we refused to give him the sale. Absolutely talked down to us, acted like he wasn't interested in helping answer questions and made us feel like we were disturbing him by being there. To make matters worse, two other employees (Sam and I presume the manager) were talking loudly beside us the whole time, making it next to impossible to follow the sales pitch. Which resulted in us asking more questions - which were met with a rude as I've already told YOU" answer from Luke. We even got a sarcastic "Merry Christmas" from them as we were leaving. Overall a completely terrible experience and these guys don't do a great job at representing Rogers. Wish I could leave 0 stars."

I had a very frustrating start to my Rogers day, but when I came to this store(after five hours of back and forth with Rogers Call Centre agents) Matt and the rest of the team working this evening did such a phenomenal job finding the problem, explaining what the issue was thoroughly, and then working to find the best solution. The team tonight really turned my whole situation around with a positive ending, after a day of frustration.Thanks so much everyone!

When I bought my phone from them they were great. Really helpful and answered any questions I had. When I went in today because of an issue I was having with my phone they were rude and condescending.. Right from the start when the guy greeted me he was acting like I was bothering him or that he was annoyed. During our discussion another employer joined in and was just as rude.. Different employees in these 2 interactions but it's the employees who represent that location.. and your last impression is usually the one that sticks, because of that I won't be back to this location.

Long wait times and employees are less than helpful when you finally get a chance to speak with one. If a phone isnt in stock its standard practice to check inventory in surrounding stores, and not require the customer to call up every store and hope they pick up.

An Employee named Calvin refused to accommodate me at about 7:30 I wanted to get a phone, however I was told that no iPhone 14’s were currently in stock so I asked what phones did they even have at the moment and I was told they had absolutely none either. I’d much rather be told that it was too late rather than being told bold lies to my face.
