A local gem!I've been here twice for breakfast and have had great experiences both times! The food is excellent and flavourful and the servers are pleasant and attentive. Prices are reasonable for the amount of food you receive.My only minor complaint" if you could call it that

Lovely and unique food. Besides regular breakfast fare are items like “doubles” a Trinidad and Tobago favourite. The grilled fine cut hot peppers are really spicy with a great flavour.

My daughters and I went to this cute and unique restaurant. The food was made fresh, very flavourful home fries that came with my daughters eggs benidict. I had the toasted western on Keto bread. Yes, they serve Keto, and my other daughter had the quesadia with fries. We would definitely be back again. The grilled cheese sandwich looked good. The bathrooms were clean and had positive, uplifting words as I had added for your enjoyment. Check it out

Food is good. Prices are fair. Coffee is not good. We didn’t have a good experience since the service was slow and our serve didn’t give us enough attention. Won’t go back again.

Perfect place for brunch! Portions were very generous and drinks make you think you’re on vacation. Prices are reasonable. Tried the sausage & pepper skillet, great Canadian omelette and the jerk fries. Need to go back to try other items on the menu as all were tasty and left us full.

I am a huge breakfast lover and I get the breakfast skillet everytime I can since I don't make those at home. I was excited to try this place but left very disappointed. The skillet was mostly inedible for me.. I ate the eggs and maybe 1/3rd of the rest. The hashbrowns are very largely cut and unseasoned. The sausage was some type of smoked, seemingly precooked, sausage that was too salty to eat. I was expecting the typical breakfast sausage I saw come out on other plates but the skillet has a different sausage. The onions (and I Love onions) were very largely and thickly cut and the fresh peppers were most definitely not fresh but were the jarred red peppers that are soggy and not meant to be in a breakfast dish. My husband had the waffle, which on the menu said it had strawberry compote but it came out dry and not even with butter. He said it was chewy and not like any other restaurant waffle he has had. We wanted to like it so bad...the server was friendly but so slow and it wasn't busy. We sat waiting for out bill for almost 30 mns as she did not come out to the patio for that span of time. Maybe It was an off day, but we wouldn't return as I am not a fan of paying for food that I can't even eat or enjoy. We didn't send it back as nothing was uncooked or wrong, it just wasn't to my liking so we just wouldn't return.

3 of us went for lunch on a Monday around noon. Surprised how busy this place was, seems very popular. The decor had a island vibe and menu items had Trinidadian flavors. Staff were pleasant and fairly attentive. Our order did take awhile but I assume they weren't quite ready for the lunch rush. We ordered the burger, chicken sandwich and jerk chicken. The sandwich was a bit too vinegary. Burger was good and seems made from scratch. Jerk chicken also had good flavors, considering I come from the land of jerk.

My daughter has become a bit of a regular lol.It was delicious, You even throw in some extra pancakes with blueberries, that was very kind of you.
