Lou from Techxcel is the best!! No job is too big or too small, he's reliable, knowledgeable, insured, and very professional. He shows up prepared for anything. His prices are always fair and he goes above and beyond for his customers!As full time RV'ers, we couldn't do it without Lou and Techxcel!!

Lou is amazing! So knowledgeable and willing to share tips and tricks for minor repairs. Fast and friendly, quality work..great prices. What more could you want. While he was working on our unit, he took a call from a client. He had done emergency work on their rv gas lines late the previous evening. He had called them this am just to check to make sure all was okay. You won't get that from a dealer.

Lou came to the rescue when we were stuck at a fairgrounds after a dog show and our electric motor for the retractable awning failed to work. Of course we could not drive home. We called him close to closing time and he promised to be out first thing in the morning to help us out. He showed up right on time and although he could not repair the awning without the right part, he was able to bring it in and secure it so we could drive home. He did this on a very rainy morning without complaint and his charge was very fair. Would absolutely call on Lou in the future!

Thought I had a lift cable issue, but needed floor work. Lou was able to fit me in and get the job done before I went on vacation for a week. He even popped by to double check something after. Very responsive, considerate and I will ask Lou to do my trailer work going forward.

Lwin responded promptly to our request for service and brought his tool onsite to repack the wheel bearings on our tent-trailer and inspect the brakes. The trailer was used but new to us and he discovered that the brakes pads were disintegrated on the one side and the wheels were cracked deeply and needed replacing. He got the parts we needed and completed the work in a timely manner. I am confident now that we will have a safe journey the next time we take it out on the road with our minivan. Lwin was open about our options and the costs and we choose the work we wanted done. He did a great job and cleaned up after himself as I would expect. His price was reasonable and the work well done.

Lou came out 2 days in a row over Christmas to repair 2 separate issues with our furnace! Service was fast and efficient, and Lou and his staff were very friendly and accommodating. We are so glad we found Techxcel. From the first email contact through the actual repair, Lou was absolutely awesome. He is incredibly polite, knowledgeable, and actually cares about passing information on so there’s less chances you’ll be stranded due to an issue (he offered several useful tips based on experience that are useful even for seasoned owners). Lou arrived exactly when he promised with a smile on his face and got right to work. He had no problems answering questions, and no question seemed to faze him! Lou seems to genuinely care. He’s a pleasure to chat with while he’s working and we hope we didn’t bug him too much. His prices are also incredibly reasonable and he’s worth every penny.While he was here, he was also able to correct a few additional problems that our dealer has never been able to solve over a period of years. Even though we’ve only seen Lou once (so far), he’s easily exceeded our service experience with our dealer. It’s so awesome to finally have someone trustworthy that actually knows what they’re talking about to go to for repairs on your coach. There’s no doubt that Lou will get the job done right, and he’ll leave you with more knowledge about your own RV than you had before the repair. It’s rare that you walk away from repair/maintenance appointments with a smile, and Lou made that happen. Techxcel is our go-to for RV repairs now.

Lou at Techxcel is amazing! We have a 42 foot toy hauler and these guys have extensive knowledge about rv systems. His mobile service is second to none. Lou figures out the problem and does not give up until solved. I trust this guy and appreciate his work ethic. He truly looks out for his clients. I feel blessed to have found Techxcel and Lou!
