Sent a request through email and got response right away, i needed a small inexpensive item but Preston treated me like I was buying a machine.I would buy from these people anytime. Gave me faith as all I hear these days is how bad service is .Great job for such a small itemThank youAnd now I know it was not a lucky experience, the people there are just good at their jobs and seem to care., several times and always good service.To the owner , you have good people , look after them.Thanks again

Do not rent from here. My parents rented a carpet cleaner on Saturday, we couldn't even get through one room before it started smoking up and made the entire house stink. Went to return it Tuesday morning (they were closed Sunday and Monday for the long weekend), and they refused to give my mom back any money for a broken machine. Were not concerned at all that it was shorting and smoking. Went to call back, were told they'd receive a call back, and they did not. Horrible rental equipment, and even worst customer service. Doesn't even deserve the one star.

A great team that is always friendly and polite. They know how to operate all their equipment, and can suggest the proper equipment to help you complete your project. When I return the equipment, they never scramble to find my paperwork, and have unloaded the equipment before I return to my truck. Thanks for the support guys - you made my last project so much easier. Great quality service.

Easy company to deal with, had a small issue in the morning and one of the machines broke and Preston and Cordell came to our home and made everything right. Both were amazing and would gladly deal with them again.

If you are looking for the opportunity to make your backyard look much nicer or your struggling with some projects completion and need the right tool...this is exactly the place to come. Knowledgeable and very friendly personnel, great selection of tools ant technical solutions starting from wheel barrow to compact tractors which you can operate yourself very easily. It is very clean inside and all the tools are exhibited in a perfect order.It was my first experience with this great Team and I showed up one day to find out if I can rent a small tractor to take care of my landscaping project. The process of renting is very straightforward and truly customer oriented. When renting on Sat you are getting Sun for free. That is awesome as for the majority of your projects 2 days is more than enough. Great marketing idea for sure!I would definitely recommend this place to everyone and would be very glad to come back again myself.Thanks a lot for your business, Team!

Got a mortar mixed from them on friday. And said I would bring it back Saturday but may need it longer. so then Monday I get a call saying hello I’m on your site where’s my mixer. After giving a 500 deposit and all my info so they know they wouldn’t get scammed. I then drop it off Wednesday morning and get a bill for 480 dollars a week worth. So I call and say I would like it for the two days because I could use it but then tells me I would have to pay another 500 deposit and pay another 320 dollars after wards. Then I say how I’m gonna leave a bad review because I have never had this issue. He then proceeded to tell me how he’s gonna leave me a horrible review for my company then hanging up the phone. Absolutely the worst customer service and they are by far the most expensive for rentals.

My daughter and I rented a stump grinder today - after we started it a few times the pull cord broke. We called, and Preston came over to our house within 5 minutes to fix the cord - we called a few more times throughout the day for assistance with the use of the grinder. I could not be happier about the customer service, everyone, especially Preston, were so helpful. The next time we need to rent anything we will definitely come back here. Their rates were cheaper than some of the other rental companies in the area as well . Preston, thank you so much for all of your assistance, you made our day so much easier.

Terrible customer service. As a first time renter their rental terms were not mentioned or stated at all during pick up. Management doesn’t want to take responsibility for their complete lack of communication. After being charged and paying double the rental fees they then offered a solution on what I could’ve done to avoid paying twice the amount. When I called with my issue before my return no solution was even suggested. They wouldn’t profit as much if that were the case. Not very customer friendly. I don’t recommend.

I rented a tamper and was quite pleased with Ashton’s customer service. He had explained everything clearly to me and also ensured it was ready on time for my pick up. The return was just as easy, along with the paperwork. Thanks again.
