Quality product half of the time depending who it was welded by, for now until he finds a new job and unfortunately is looking..Underpaid workers, (13-14$/hr) company owner sinking the business too concerned growing his own bank account and investigating the employees personal lives than running a business to grow. Any issues will be deflected with a sexual comment regarding as long as it still works she's happy.8/10 if you need new fall arrest systems 0.5/10 if looking for a job.

Their prices and quality of their products are top notch. Any quality issues we have had (and they have been minor and very few) have always been addressed in a proper manner. If looking for a fixed access ladder, railings, anchors or pretty much anything to do with roof/raised mechanical unit access & safety I highly recommend putting a call into Grasp before making a decision on a supplier/installer.
