The staff are super friendly and helpful (Kevin, in particular).We had to get a tuxedo for an event less than one week away and they were able to accommodate us - including tailoring.Highly recommend.

Absolutely great service from Latisha and Braden. Even when they got super busy with multiple customers they were still able to keep giving great service to everyone. I had a pretty quick and easy experience here on boxing week. Had a jacket and two dress shirts with the exact sizes/fit I needed. Thanks to Joe, I’m good to go for a really important occasion.Excellent selection and deals, knowledgeable and friendly staff, and there is also a tailor on site. They are usually available until about 1800hrs, and if you need a custom fit, I encourage you to shop here well ahead of your event in case there are a lot of custom tailoring ahead of yours (the lead up is typically a few business days).Good luck on your endeavours Joe! My dad came here to purchase a suit for my wedding. We were told that his suit would be ready to be picked up by the 25th. When we arrived they struggled to find our order for over 15 minutes. They finally came from the back with only part of our order when questioned where the other half was they acted clueless and said that it was supposed to be sent from the core location but that they usually sent items quickly and they should be delivered a day after the order. So the staff member continued to look through the store and finally located the blazer among all the other blazers similar to it. She then changed her story and said that our blazer hadn’t arrived as ups takes up to two weeks to deliver between locations and that luckily they had one in stock for us. I know this was a lie and that ours was just put out onto the floor when it arrived as they had none in stock previously and she had already said that the core shipped quite quickly and her story only changed when she found the blazer in the correct size on the floor. My dad finally got the entire suit but when he tried on the pants the pant legs were very different lengths but due to them already messing up our order we will be taking our pants elsewhere to get them re-hemmed. I definitely would not recommend this location.

Olga, an associate working at the South Centre location in Calgary is the sweetest soul, she took her time making sure I was satisfied with the desired look I was aiming for. She's a 10/10 associate and a huge apart of why I would recommend anyone to tip top tailors - simply because of her work ethic and wonderful personality. I called with less than 1 hour before store closing and I was calling from 45 minutes away. I spoke with Bob and explained my urgent situation of needing a suit for a loved ones funeral.Bob stayed after hours and took the time to thoroughly do measurements and assisted me as i selected from multiple suits, pants, and shirts in a very helpful, protective and patient manner.I found a great suit along with multiple shirts and accessories.I am extremely thankful for the fantastic care, service and selection!

The Worst customer service ever. There is not much to say, rude, insolent, contemptuous, arrogant; there are many places where you can go and buy the same or better quality, where they respect your time and money.

Latisha was the best! She had a great eye and new immediately what style we were looking for, what worked and didn't. On top of that, the in-house seamstress was able to expedite some shirt tailoring as we were in a rush, and pretty great deals on most of the stuff I got. I salute you, Tip Top. Especially Latisha :)

Joe was Amazing. Helped me pick out two dress shirts. Super fast and professional, will definitely go back. Offered tailoring for a better fit but unfortunately I didn't have time, Joe reassured me that I could come back anytime to get it done.
