Just purchased a RVR SE crossover and I'm in love with it. I didn't go in with any specific car in mind while shopping around the auto park last week. I stopped at Mistubishi first and test drove my current vehicle with the assistance of Mike. After driving a few more vehicles and interacting with other sales agents at other retailers, the professionalism and personable energy of Mike and how the RVR drove brought me back that evening. Very happy with how much care was taken to ensure a comfortable experience was had while making one of the biggest purchases of your life. Special thanks also extends to Damien and Leigh-Anne who were very clear and concise about every detail about the car and the process of financing. Made this a very pleasant experience.

First time dealing with a dealership and I would have to say it was a great experience dealing with the Mitsubishi staff at the Waverley location as they were very friendly. I dealt with Qais during the process of finding my right car with my right price. He gave me outstanding and personable customer service which made things a lot easier.Damien in the finance area was able to answer all my question I had and help me get approved for my car, I was very satisfied with how quick he was able to get me in my vehicle despite how busy he was. My previous car was a wright off so I needed a new vehicle asap and he was able to help with all of that.All in all the services I received at this dealership were great! Thank you all to the staff that helped during the whole process. You all were really great to work with during my car searching time.

Bought my Outlander PHEV from Waverly. Very nice staff, my salesman Mohamed was very nice and quick to reply and answer all questions with no pressure. Damien was very thorough and also very nice and made the financial part easy. Leigh-Ann went through all aspects of the car thoroughly and made sure I knew everything before I left there. :)

Awesome customer service! Nic is my go-to service advisor as he is experienced and trustworthy. I can bring up any concerns and he listens, communicates with me promptly. I always come here for regular maintenance.Shuttle service is very convenient. Shuttle driver was so friendly.

The purchase and after purchase service has been a very positive experience. We had an issue that wasn't clearly the fault of Waverley Mitsubishi but they agreed to make it right and at no charge. Sean, Nic, Rose and Micheal were all pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend this dealership.

I'm from out of town and Michael Bewick our sales person was accommodating and worked closely with us to get the vehicle we wanted. The vehicle was ready, the sales team was professional and efficient. Micheal communicated very well, he's knowledgeable had everything coordinated for my arrival.
