I was in Windsor. I need Winter Tires for my SUV. I saw the sign no credit check. Pauline was very Professional & Polite. She helped me getting the Right tires for the SUV. Maybe who ever responded to my review can tell that to the employee who answered the phone. Just my 2 centsMight want to have someone answer the phone who actually sounds like they want to do their job. Not a good look/sound when you call and you get the why are you calling my shop" type of vibe."

Walked in and things seemed alright at first. That quickly changed, after this lady held her hand up to her ear 15 times to me I was already starting to be pretty annoyed, I do have a deep voice as she stated but I speak very clearly and usually quite loud I’ve been told. I felt as if this lady had no idea what she was talking about, I simply asked for her best price on a 35x12.5xR17 tire preferably in an A/T configuration, and I was not brand specific. The final straw for me was when I went to look at the screen because I thought she was showing me a picture of the tire she was telling me about and she grabs the screen and turns it away. Then tells me I can’t keep looking at her screen because that’s her info on there lol. I get it lady, you buy tires for cheap and then charge more for them, it’s called business we all do it. It’s no secret. Plus it’s 2023 I can pretty well look up every tire I want online, get the price and get it shipped to my house for the same price. Apparently a lot of people have had good experiences here, I must have just got the wrong person.

I have used many different auto repair shops throughout my life. This by far is one of the best! Very professional staff. I spoke to a very pleasant lady regarding my tires being punctured, she was quick knowledgeable and very honest. She showed me several different brands, I choose to go with BFGoodrich KO2 tires. I browsed there shop and saw some wheels I wanted to try, ask if I could see what these looked like next to my truck. She brought out the wheel talked to me a little more and to my amazement, I bought the wheels too. This place is awesome and it's great to see a mom-and-pop Wheel & Tire Shop doing so great in business. We rescheduled my appointment for the next afternoon. I arrived at 1:00 pm and I was done and out by 1:45 pm impressive work, Action Wheel & Tire, will continue to have my business from this day forward.Thanks Brad Warren

Pauline and Kyle.. very professional.. informative.. and friendly.. Pauline was a great help in helping me decide which tires and rims to get.. Exactly what I wanted.. Kyle explained everything before he did the work on my car.. They even offer a payment plan if needed..I am very happy with the service and strongly recommend going to see them for your tire needs

Blown away by my experience!I've been driving past this place for months and when my tire pressure light kept coming on even though I was constantly filling it up, I knew it was time to have it looked at. I drove into action wheel I was greeted right away and was help by their staff, explained my situation and immediately they inspected my wheel apparently I had a split in my rim. I asked if it was fixable, while talking to them they suggested that I recondition the whole wheel to bring it back to factory including welding my wheel. They had concerns about my two front tires since I had low tread. I told them I ordered two continental tires from heritage tire and should have them in three days, I said while I'm here waiting for my ride can you get me a price, I was taken by surprise literally shocked, in question, are you serious I thought for sure it was some mistake their price was substantially lower than heritage tire by $108.00 per tire, they assured me they are exactly oe tires for my Mercedes. So I ordered them and they arrived the next day. All services were done as promised and I am extremely happy with this business. When they were complete and I went to pay, there were no hidden charges. Very straightforward. I cannot tell you how grateful I am that there are businesses left that our old fashion and cater to the customer. It's very refreshing.

Good service only work by appointment but walk ins will be welcomed reasonably price.

Theresa and Arthur were great. Walked in and they helped me right on the spot. Was back on the road in less than an hour at a fair price. Gave me that honest and trustworthy feeling you don't seem to find at shops anymore. Thanks guys!
