I was having an issue with my laptop and took it in for repair. They were very professional and explained the problem in a way that I would understand not being a big Technical Expert. The service was quick and it was a great experience. Definitely a place that can be trusted!!!

The pathetic attitude of the lady sitting upstairs. Rudely talking and insists to stay downstairs where nobody is available to entertain the customers. Zero attention to the customer and rude. Only concerned to collect the money for diagnostic the issue of iPhone under warranty. Don’t know how long to keep the phone in custody for any issue.

I have had nothing but great experiences with the team at Servall. We utilize them for ordering new hardware and technical repairs. The servicing team is always quick to respond with the best, most cost effective recommendation for a repair.They arrange for equipment to be picked up and dropped off, which relieves the pressure on our time sensitive repairs. If you want a company who understands your hardware and servicing requirements, then I highly recommend, you won't be disappointed.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! They have bad customer service; they do not inform customers of their $45 + tax fee of charge correctly, and will charge you of their service regardless of you having warranty and your repair being covered under that warranty.

I recently had my Macbook pro repaired here and was really impressed with the overall service. My experience was dealt with in a professional, honest and prompt manner. The staff were all very helpful, friendly and understanding. They took the time to listen to my concerns and were able to get my Macbook pro running efficiently without any issues. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Two times I’ve been to Servall as a ‘trusted AppleCare service provider’. And both times I couldn’t get passed their secretary. They didn’t even have a tech take a look at my phone. “We don’t do that here” … “then why did apple send me to you?” … “well, you can make an apple appt for anything, that doesn’t mean we can do it”. They said they do primarily corporate work. It seems they just want to get paid by apple to do nothing. She said they can take a look to try and fix it, but I would have to leave my phone there through the weekend and I would still have to pay $40-50. Its obvious she was just trying to deter me from getting them to work. A huge waste of time. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

I've turned to Servall for all my Apple needs for over 7 years, and they have been nothing short of amazing! Every single person that's helped me, cares about doing the best job possible. They are direct and upfront about costs, work tirelessly to meet the high expectation that their reputation is known for, and always bring a real sense of professionalism to their work. Excellent service providers. They repaired my devices flawlessly while providing tips and recommendations to maintain them. Friendly staff, great follow-up and the price is right. Servall is the true reflection of professionalism and quick service response. This is the first place i have come across that i truly trust to leave my devices for repairs.
