Best price and product around delivery is affordable and the service is awesome.

I had a very bad experience with them, specifically on their capacity to deliver their soil. Never trust their employee named Terry.  He said that my soil was dispatch already. Then he called and said that my order request slipped into cracks and he doest know what happened. I waited for more than 2 hours at home waiting for it. I tried calling them several times but no one answered. This affected my plans for that day.  When they finally answered my call, it was too late and their drivers are gone for the day. Terry informed me that he was the owner of this company and I have recorded our conversations via phone for proof. He was not sympathetic at all untill I said that I was recommending our conversation. No compensation offered and still very arrogant. He was very unprofessional and has a bad customer service.

Friendly and speedy customer service. We had a significant error made in our delivery, but it was rectified quickly and in a very reasonable manner. City Soil went above and beyond to fix the error.
