I will save you all the hassle, find a different immigration lawyer for your immigration needs. I had Andrew Maloney and I was very dissatisfied with his service. If you don't mind dealing with a Lawyer who will be rude to you, knock yourself out. I just wished I had checked out his outstanding Google reviews here first.Anyway... I did get a reply from Andrew this morning, 2 May 2023, I think I will let the Law Society deal with my case to get an independent review. Andrew wrote, and I quote:“The vast majority of our clients are pleased with our services. Those that are not usually have some demonstrable mental illness, or in cases such as yours are trying to bully, extort and threaten us years after we have done work for them for a refund they are not entitled”.Well, I do not have a mental illness but I do want my money back, especially the Government fees for work that was not completed because Andrew is impossible to work with.

My wife and I had a great experience working with Pilkington Immigration in Guelph. We were very fortunate to work alongside Yosheel Bangaroo and his assistant Taelor Rowsell. We reached out to pilkington immigration to apply for my PR Card and during that process, Yosheel guided us step by step and made sure we understood everything we needed to complete on our end and was very hands on in helping us to make sure all of our documents we properly filled out. Yosheel's assistant Taelor was also a massive support to us during the process, if Yosheel was unavailable to assist us at the time but he always made sure to follow up with us even after office hours to ensure that we were on track. We never felt as if we were ever left in the unknown because all information that they received from the government was immediately forwarded to us so that we could do what was required to keep the process moving along smoothly. Before submitting our final application, it was reviewed by us, taelor and then finally by Yosheel to ensure that all information entered was correct and all documents that we required were in order to be submitted to the government. All in all, we were very fortunate to work alongside both these individuals who are very committed to what they do and very personable. I was also very fortunate to receive my PR card after going through Pilkington Immigration in Guelph. Andrew is a typical lawyer. (Meaning he's not very nice and doesn't care) the woman and men that work in the office however are fantastic and I loved them. We sorted every issue out but Andrew was never there. Don't expect him to care unless you have big money. Overall services were good, k1visa and everything went well. But dealing with Andrew was irritating enough, maybe normal people should get compensation for dealing with rude lawyers.
