Darren did an excellent job replacing a defective toilet fill-valve. I liked how I could submit photos and videos of the problem on his website and he responded within 24 hours with a diagnosis and provided a quote knowing exactly how to fix the problem. So when he showed up, he had the right replacement part and fixed the problem quickly. He even checked my other toilet to make sure it was functioning properly. He's professional, friendly, has a good sense of humour and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend Darren! Thanks.

did the new faucet installation in the kitchen a year ago when the old one been busted . the flow water from the faucet pretty weak , not as strong as before with the old one and after a year the gasket from the faucet busted and water leaking on the kitchen everywhere and make living room carpet all wet. the new plumber telling me this who fix everything , they said the previous plumber done unprofesionally who i use the yaletown plumber.

I highly highly recommend Darren. Anytime I have a plumbing issue I don't hesitate to call him. His prices are very fair and reasonable, and he is extremely reliable. He's also a very nice person. I feel fortunate to be one of his existing clients (as right now he is not taking on new clients).
