I just picked up my Jeep compass today! I originally talked to Brian who helped me find the model I wanted, excellent service. When I went in to look and buy the vehicle, Brian was not in that day, so Liam helped me. He was kind, not pushy and listened. Excellent! From start to finish my experience there was incredible. I highly recommend coming here. I would like to mention that I am female and I have been intimidated and felt almost like a target for easy sale at other dealerships. Ladies, don't even worry. These guys got you! They even put a bow on my Jeep! Customer service above and beyond.

My father was a loyal customer at this dealership for years up until they tried to gauge him and take advantage of him not speaking fluent English. Charged him $700 for diagnosis, then had to prepay for his radiator ($400), then had another $700 left to pay for labour (had he went ahead with the repair). Thankfully he didn’t. My husband had to call the dealership as he is a car dealer himself and see if my father could get a refund on the radiator. After going back and forth with the rude manager he couldn’t get a refund, no problem. We decided to keep the radiator when it comes and sell it privately. All while my husband took my fathers car to get fixed for $500 with the radiator. So fast forward a few months, never got a call from this dealership informing us of the prepaid radiator arriving. So my husband pays a visit to the dealership to see if it’s arrived. Turns out, they SOLD his prepaid radiator to another customer! Which they made a huge stink about not being able to refund at first when it was first ordered. So they ended up having to refund the money for the rad anyway. Hilarious. That’s not even the best part. The best part is this rude owner of this dealership writing low key cryptic insulting and rude responses to every customer that has left a one star review. And also lying about my father calling them and apologizing for my husband’s “behavior” on your response to my husband’s review. (Don’t know how to post photos on reviews to show but it’s in the reviews). Please, if you don’t like the fact that you’re dealing with someone that knows the ins and outs of this industry, don’t paint a picture like his behavior was the problem. PS: my father never called to apologize, stop lying to people. Stay away from this scummy dealership.

Huge thanks to Mandeep for helping me get my dream car! This guy went above and beyond! He even let us take the car to see if it’ll fit the underground garage! He also gave me a 50% discount for the the side steps. Thanks for making this deal happen, will definitely go back and refer this dealership to friends/family.

Jorge and the team at the Service Department are a joy to deal with. Always polite, informative and helpful. They are always transparent and check in with you before they move ahead with any major work. Love the text messages too keeping you up to speed on what’s happening!

Excellent experience from start to finish. I came in to get a key cut/programmed and over the phone was quoted 1hour for the service… it only took 15 minutes!Jorge was assisting me and he was polite, friendly, personable, relatable, and I felt that he had my best interests in mind.This was my first experience at this dealership, and they’ve made a 10/10 impression on me. I’ll be coming here for all future work.

Had a very excellent service from Maxx. We went in casually to view our options and Maxx served us by noting down all our requirements and finding us the best option that suited our needs. He was very informative and patient. He didn’t once sounded forceful in his service like we would occasionally see at dealerships. Very impressed with our purchase and the service. Great work Maxx and team.

BUYER BEWARE! FOR THE SAFETY OF YOURSELF AND YOUR FAMILY, GO ELSEWHERE:1.5 Weeks after purchasing a new 2023 Jeep Wrangler (Only 70km on it). I took these picture in the evening as I noticed the tire bubbling out and of course, the next day they went flat. (When I was going to call the dealership) After getting it towed to the dealership, they said the tires were punctured. Which would have been fine, but when pumping up the tires they’re still bubbling in multiple spots like the pics show. They are now pressuring me to just patch the clearly defective tires and put the Jeep back on the road - endangering myself and others on the road. Additionally, their over sight body FCA Canada has agreed I shouldn’t take the vehicle off the lot as it is unsafe. As I’ve called other Jeep dealers in the area, it is clear I am not the only customer this dealership has taken advantage of.Update: After speaking with FCA Canada and the owner of this dealership, I was told to contact Michelin about warrantying the tires. I was told to 'walk it back a bit' after exchanging texts with the dealership. To which I replied, wasn't appropriate considering the situation. The owner of the dealership then said he had been in the business for 30 years and that everybody posts things online

I wish I could rate zero. Complete scam. Horrible people and horrible business. They seem to have no souls or morals. The worst and most disgusting/traumatic experience I’ve ever had with ANY business in my life. They should all be in jail.To your reply: Actually, just my entire family was affected (check out my last name… we are the one’s complaining about you trying to get us to commit insurance fraud), which is what I assume has also happened to this large list of people for some reason complaining about your fraudulent business. Why would anyone make a fake review? You can buy 5 star reviews but you can’t buy 1 star reviews ;).P.S: If the owner is still TED, we’ve been waiting for your call for over two years.

had 2018 wrangler towed to their location for a prearranged appointment, as lost key for unit. I was quoted and approved a 300$ replacement key and programming. Apparently the key (not a fob with remotes or anything fancy, just a regular key) is not a part stocked locally as I was informed the vehicle would not be ready for 3 days. 6 days later, when I received the vehicle back from the service department, the winch and grill had been stolen. When I complained. The advisor told me they had no responsibility. The vehicle had been left on the street and my insurance would cover the loss. If I had been informed that it was going to be left in such a location I never would have agreed to the repair. Very poor customer relations. No offer to discount the repair....nothing. Do not deal with this less than reputable dealership. I would have rated 0 stars if that was an option. Thumbs definitely down!

I've had nothing but issues with their service department. Unresolved issues with my truck constantly. Telling me they can't find the error code. The receptionist in the service department is a joke rude and ignorant. Do yourself a favor. DONT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. Save yourself the headache. Just bought a defective truck which they will turn around and say they don't know how to fix and warranty never cover jack all.
