Due to the circumstances, Vladi and his teammate were very respectful, polite and patient when dealing with a customer with mental health. They were very professional at all times. A special shoutout to Roman & Vladimir who helped me with my move on Friday June 30th. moving is extremely stressful but as soon as I met them i felt completely at ease that they understood the assignment. I had multiple items moving to my storage unit and to my apartment. They were extremely friendly, down to earth, hardworking men who worked so well together. I appreciated all their hard work & dedication to make my move stress free. They went out of their way to help me put together my desk, and my bed frame. They made sure they wrapped everything perfectly and even checked my television once we arrived to make sure it handled the move perfectly. I am so thankful I had these 2 wonderful men help with my move & would recommended them to anyone who needs trusty, loyal team to make the big day a success. Thank you so SO much for everything you did for me I won’t ever forget you two!!

This was a great option for helping us relocate and the staff did a great job with the packing. Super friendly and very helpful at such a stressful time for us. Some better communication about the size and limitations would have been helpful prior to the packing. Also I feel like some boxes had excessive packing paper which made my shipment bigger than it could have been. I would recommend this service if you are relocating.
