Wonderful experience at this store. Went in for a gait analysis and ready to purchase specialty shoes but the lady was super honest and told me she didn't think new shoes would solve my issues. She went so far as to look up my current shoes (fairly new and purchased elsewhere) to see if they were intended for what I was using them for and told me they were actually really good and suggested I first consult a chiropractor. She offered knowledge and honesty instead of grabbing the sale. That is exactly the sort of service I would hope for from a specialty store like this and they more than delivered. I ended up purchasing a few small items but will certainly be back. Highly recommend.

I had great experience, even though I didn’t buy anything I was recommended by the attendant there to go to mountain equipment warehouse in Burlington. If I need to buy just road shoes I’m sure I will come back there due to the large selection and variety of colours.

Got the best shoe advice. They ordered my size and width in. Great service. They understand their products!

I need new running shoes for distance and I’ve been trying to come into the store for almost a month but I have a busy schedule and unfortunately the hours in this location are extremely limited. One of the only running stores in Hamilton and it closes before I can make it there every day. Shame.

Came here to return a cap that I got, the first time I came here they needed all the tags, thankfully I did have them so I came back a week later to return the cap. To which the lady in the store kept sighing and saying it was worn … to which I said it wasn’t. Basically it is just dust from the car since I had it in there for 2 weeks. She said to come back later to speak to the manager (jenn) …I went to another running store (20 mins away) and they processed the refund no issues …… so considering the difference of treatment and that I had to travel another 20 plus minutes just for the refund I would definitely not recommend this place !
