Rouge et Diable - Canot, Kayak et SUP Tremblant

This was a super family activity. The staff was extremely accommodating, friendly and bi lingual. booking was easy and the activity was well organized. We will go again for sure, I highly recommend.

Kind of disappointed with the service we received with this company. We were a group of 4 people, 2 of us ended up going overboard because no one from the agency warned us about the falls being dangerous at that particular time of the day. They simply told us it was in the disclaimer, even though we could have gotten seriously hurt! When we told them about our incident and one of us having lost a phone in the river, they weren't even concerned with our safety and did not even ask if anyone got hurt. Moreover the equipment was definitely not right! 2 of our group members (who are a bit tall) were given the tiniest double kayak in the world which did not help them with their balance during their trip and lead them to go overboard.I had previously enjoyed kayak services from the Mont-tremblant activity center and I am definitely going back to them! This was a horrific experience! Please be aware of the falls as the employees of Rouge et Diable will only hide behind a disclaimer and will definitely not concern themselves with your safety!Yasmine Samri

We made a booking the day before and it could not have been easier. Communication was easy, instructions were easy. Everything was covered in one cost. We arrived and was transported to the start point for the Kayaking. The group we had of 8 had an amazing time and then was met at the end for the pick up. The staff were very friendly and there for all we needed. The facilities were also very handy and had all we needed. Being close to Tremblant was a bonus as well.

The team did a great job with communicating the schedule, location and what we can expect from the trip. As complete novices we were expecting hardships, however the 8km trip we had taken was nice and easy! The river was serene all the way till the super short and super fun stretch of the rapids.I would definitely recommend this tour organizer.

I highly recommend these guys and will be back with other groups of visiting friends! They took care of all the more difficult stuff and left the rest to us for DIY fun. Price was very reasonable.We chose the La Traquil" tour by kayak. We simply showed up at the parking

Great experience,! Awesome, friendly and welcoming customer service. Views were great and very quiet on the water in terms of other boaters, it felt like we had the river to ourselves. Just be aware that if you do the Odyssey trip (18 km) it's quite rocky at the start. Having done another route on the neighboring river with a different company, I would choose the Diable Rouge again on our next trip! Highly recommended!

This was a super fun experience! Well organized in terms of scheduling, equipment, and transportation. It was an easy and well marked paddle. Definitely bring a dry bag though!

We enjoyed our experience. The only comment is that the ride was supposed to last 90 minutes we made it in only 50 minutes...paddling slowly! They should make the ride longer so you get what you pay for. For the rest all good.

It was my 1st time kayaking & I absolutely loved it !!! well organized, courteous staff & the scenic view was tranquil & breathtaking. I would definitely come back again, well done team Rouge et Diable !!!

My family and I came here and absolutely loved it. Our favorite part was at the 13 km mark where there are two little rapids. When we got there the staff let us know that there were rapids so we knew exactly where they were. other than the rapids the scenic view along with the low current pulling us forward made us love this little trip. We are a group of four with a 14 and a 12 year old child although younger kids will still love it.
