Can't say enough great things about this company. Great quality, great price. I had questions that were all answered promptly and detailed. Everything was above my expectations. I ordered wedding invitations with RSVP cards and I couldn't be happier with them Thank you so much for making my vision a reality.

We ordered our wedding invitations from Photogenia.Helen was a gem to work with: she was able to give different suggestions and made sure we loved the final product. She was quick to get back to us. To say that I love my invitations is an understatement.I very highly recommend Helen and hope to work with her again soon !

I did the ethical thing and cancelled our Christmas photoshoot session because my baby and I tested positive for COVID and didn’t want to infect Helen or other kids being photographed that day. She refused to reimburse my deposit back because it is clearly stated on the contract. The contract says in case of cancelation she won’t return the deposit. I asked for another appointment in a couple of weeks…that’s not an option as well she does this seasonally only. She gave me credit for next year to use it! Well guess what, my baby won’t be 8 months old next year and I do not plan on doing a photoshoot every year. I’d like to have it this year! During times when all contracts were bent because people’s health and safety is top priority, I find this totally unacceptable. She lacks empathy and understanding. 50$ won’t make you rich but would have made a sick mama with a sick baby happy. I don’t recommend her, things always happen and being flexible and ethical is important these days.
