Sean and Ryan were an absolute dream to deal with. They were extremely professional and personable. They have a great working dynamic and are strong communicators as well as skilled problem solvers. We were immediately at ease when they entered our home and appreciated how conscious they were of cleaning up after the install. I highly recommend their services.

Sean was super knowledgeable and and so pleasant. The install of my new through the wall unit was fast and profrofessional. It's both quieter and more efficient than the one I had before. The cost was very reasonable too. Highly recommend!

I texted Sean today and he got back to me immediately. He remembered my unit and was able to get it back on track. Sean is always quick to help solve my problems even if my questions are sometimes not straight forward. I would recommend him to friends and family.

I initially called Sean in the hopes of getting a service call to investigate an issue with a water leak into my living room, coming from the built in wall mount a/c unit. It is an old unit and I suspected that it likely was not salvageable. Rather than automatically setting up an appointment to come over and sell me a new unit, Sean recommended that I first try to investigate myself for the possibility of it being a simple clogged drain. Despite the fact that Sean was busy at another work site, he assisted me all throughout the day via multiple text messages, photo exchanges and a few voice calls. By the end of the day, thanks to Sean's ongoing encouragement and suggestions, the unit was restored back to a functioning state once again. He was so amazing in helping me to not replace the unit if the refrigeration unit was still fine. Well it turned out that he was absolutely right and he saved me a lot of money, plus gave me the personal satisfaction of a great feeling of accomplishment. Perhaps the unit might only continue to work for another season, or it might work for several more seasons. Either way, I am so very grateful to Sean for his approach and patience in helping me to restore the unit myself. He will be on my speed dial for when the time comes for an actual replacement, and I will definitely confidently recommend him to anyone I know that is looking for a sincerely helpful service that does not operate based on $ signs. They were super quick, I was an add on unit when I heard other units in my strata were replacing air conditioners, they got me a new AC with no problem. Price was better then others I’d looked into and they were able to use my existing infrastructure so no need to alter anything on the outside of the building. Looks nice and works much better then the 30 year old unit they replaced. They were quick to cleanup after themselves as well, even offered to move my furniture back for me :)Highly recommend.

First, I do not do reviews, BUT, I can’t say enough how blown away I am by Sean and his Masterclass in Service. My air conditioning unit stopped working and I called on a Saturday of a long weekend just expecting to leave a message. Not only did he respond quickly, but within a couple of days the unit was installed and what a difference! Cool, quiet and easy to use unit. Sean is absolutely amazing! This man responded within minutes of asking about my through the wall unit. Not only did he get me an appointment within 2 days he called the day of to verify the was coming and to tell me if he was behind or on schedule. He went above and beyond to answer any question I had. I had a question about how to download the app control setting and he responded within minutes and even called me to answer my questions (on a long weekend). After calling a handful of companies in Kelowna no one was able to install/source the AC unit I needed.When I contacted Sean, he said “yes, not a problem!
