I usually visit Aesop Yorkville location.I also recommend this location as well.Eri and Taka are so helpful and knowledgeable staffs! I highly recommend this location

Kristina showed myself and my girlfriend a wonderful experience with her vast knowledge of Aesop products and beyond . She warmly invited us to the Yorkville location that is currently being under construction

Taka was very friendly and knowledgeable. My boyfriend and I were very interested in several different products and Taka was very patient and informative and he answered all our questions. We didn’t feel pressured to buy anything.

I always expect the best customer service from any Aesop store whenever I visit, and I can tell you I was not disappointed. The lady that helped me was very kind and very sweet. She taught me a little bit about all of the perfumes. She even gave me and my friends a delightful hand cleanse in the store. Muito obrigado, Val!

Went to the Eaton Centre location for the first time today and had the pleasure of being helped by the store manager Kristina. My partner and I agreed it was the best customer service we had that I had to write a review. No sales pitch, no overcrowding the customers. You can tell she was genuinely interested in Aesop products and just wanted to share her extensive knowledge with everyone. The customer service combined with the ambiance makes us want to come back and buy something whenever we go to this location.

I had such a great experience at this Aesop location. I was helped out by Mariama and she was so knowledgeable about the products and what type of products I would need based on my skincare needs. She didn't pressure me to get anything and was super nice!

I had the best experience here today! The two guys in the store were so helpful and nice. It was great customer service. Had a good laugh, some tea, ate some red dates, bought some stuff!The only thing that was a little annoying was that the product didn’t have price tags, and the labels and brand image are very mysterious..
