Ink ink n more ink.I've been here more times then I can count in a 2 week spand.I was kinda taken back though when I spent over 200 on ink and the discount card on your counter I PERSONALLY NOTICED AFTER PAYING to save money after spending less then what I spent WASNT OFFERED TO ME.I'd think that this would be brought up to customersMuch like McDonald's upsells their stuff.Deals is truly what gets customers coming back

I had a bunch of empty toner cartridges that were purchased at Staples and when I came to drop off the empties the manager came out and told me there were too many and he would not accept them. He then told me to go to a bottle depot to return them. I told him I have dropped them off here and other locations without issues in the past but he was insistent that I had to take them elsewhere. After I said I would be leaving a review his tone changed and he tried to make it seem like he was doing me a flavour saying it would be easier for me to take them to a depo but then started that I could leave them with him after all.i took them back to the east hills.location without any issues. I will be looking for a new toner provider now and take my 5K a month in toners elsewhere as the manager suggested.

Came to snap my baby's passport and was not disappointed by the service. Snapping a baby's passport can be a hassle with the different facial expressions, after couple shots we got the perfect shot for my baby girl.Customer service was 100% with patience.Nice work guys.

Our team worked with the GM, Cordell Cummings on a direct mail out campaign. Cordell was personally recommended to us by one of our customers and he did not disappoint! Amazing service! I decided last minute to finally cross off an item from my to-do list and buy an office chair. The one I wanted only had limited stock left but delivery wasn't available. I live out of town but coincidentally my husband was passing nearby a store with some of the last remaining stock, while on a work errand. Since he was on the clock he didn't want to be delayed on a side errand. I phoned the store and a very helpful sales guy (I wish I had gotten his name!) made the sale possible by quickly identifying the chair I wanted and had one set aside for my husband to pick up when he arrived 5 min later! 5-star service, thank you!!! Looking forward to using my new office chair!

Came in to buy a new laptop. Didn't need anything fancy, just something basic for university courses. Had outstanding service from the store manager, Cordell, who was very personable as well as knowledgeable. I received a great deal on exactly what I was looking for.
