Yummy food! Not huge serving size for the pasta but it was kind of nice to finish my food and not have to get it to go anyway. Service was great and very friendly. Will definitely be returning!

Our waiter was amazing. We had 10 people at our table and he did all our orders by memory with no mistakes. He was attentive. Food was excellent.

Went to this business on Sunday, To start I have never had a bad meal here. BUT!! Sunday they had no pasta , 2 of my family members order salad bowls that were dry and cold rice not cooked , we ordered 2 pizzas both were wrong , my son ordered a large got a small , I order a Deluxe and got just ham. I had a virgin ceaser that was just water no spice or color. One of my grandson hamburgers was still mooing. Now the A/c the restaurant was like ice we had to go outside to get warm. I mentioned this to my server after I paid the bill . Yes I know everybody has a bad day . this was a terrible.

More than any other chain of restaurants you never can tell what you are going to get at BP. It is either great or awful. Yesterday at 1:30 it was mostly dead and there was only one server. We still waited a long time for our food with empty drinks and no one to be found. My fiesta salad was missing ingredients and bland. No cilantro, no green onions. Not a salad I was happy to pay almost $20 for. The fries were overcooked or cooked in old fryer oil. Not great. Server was polite but mostly not around. She did take 15% off the bill but that didn't cover the cost of the salad I didn't eat. Next time I'll just order pizza as it is usually good. Disappointing!

I love this location. I have experienced horrible service at their other locations but Guelph did not let me down. Food was straight up bussin. Good alcohol. Really nice bartender who knows what he’s doing and a lovely manager who is a good host. 5 stars from me. ;)

I ordered a take out of jambalaya fettuccine, with NO sausage and when the order came, i asked to confirm that there was no sausage and the woman took the order to the back.. few minutes later, came back there is no sausage.. i go to my hotel and start eating and when i am almost done, i found a piece of sausage in the order..not sure if they picked the sausage out of my plate after making it..! I called the store, the manager on duty (Avnit i think) replies to me there was no sausage in the plate.. she is saying i am lying.. very disrespectful and dishonesty in dealing with customers.. here is the picture of my order with the sausage..she dares to say i am lying ..No respect no admission of cheating..Do not trust them

Normally I’m quite satisfied however I ordered Uber eats tonight and both my cactus chip orders are completely burnt!! Not sure how the cook thought this was OK to send.

I came in 30min before close, and the server didn't make a deal of it. Made me feel welcomed even though it was the end of the night for them. They closed at 10pm. I was able to order and eat in 30min, and the server never treated me any different during the visit!

Went today as a walk-in of 8 when it was not busy. A girl set up our table , she took our drink and food order and we got our drinks so quick and we received our food order in 15-20 minutes. She had so much knowledge about menu whatever my team mates asking her.Food was okay. I would definitely give 5/5 points for great service. She was excellent. I complained her about side dish plates which was not good. She mentioned us it was hard water and keep apologizing cause we cannot use those plates for our appetizers.
