Just got our multipoo groomed and they did a great job and less expensive than other places. Kind and friendly service and picked up a water proof jacket for our dog as well. I will be definitely going back here for our Dog in the near future for sure.

I couldn’t be happier with the service and professionalism Lisa provided our German Shepherd puppy! It was his first time getting a bath from a groomer and we knew he doesn’t like showers at all. Lisa was super friendly, kind and understanding about it. She was so great with Murphy and we can’t wait to bring him back to her! I never thought our dog could actually smell this great even days after the service. His coat is so soft, fluffy and looks incredible after his grooming at Pet Solutions. I highly recommend asking for Lisa at their Surrey location! ☺️

I came in looking for travel carriers for my furbabies, no expectations. A young man helped me to the best of his abilities, really trying to listen to my needs.Furthermore, when I went back the next day asking to exchange the carriers for something else, they were nice about it! The woman took me to the back, advised me on sizing, and let me put my dogs into the carrier the check for sizing.When it was time to refund the price difference, one employee asked if they could give my dogs a treat, while the kind older man helped the woman issue me the refund.It was simply a nice experience in general. This place is better than any Petsmart or Bosley's that I have been to. It's not as flashy, but has a really friendly hometown" feel to it that I appreciated. Plus they seem to have everything. Even tiny slicker brushes

If you have a Labradoodle, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!This was our first puppy haircut experience and we were a bit nervous. I had asked them to give him just a trim, and to keep his snout small at the eyes and large at the nose. (The picture with the toys is what he looked like 6weeks prior to this appointment) After an hour and 15 minutes later, Pet solutions made a 4 1/2 month old puppy look like a sad 12 year old dog. Absolute hack job!We realize he’s a puppy and was probably moving around getting used to the noises and such, but why cut so much off?? And why didn’t you listen to what we had asked for? You just assumed he was a “doodle” and made him look horrible.We’re all still stunned. Even the cut is all over the place, uneven, and completely messy. Still can’t believe they made me pay for this. Just brutal.Horrible experience.

My cocker, Sophie, loves it here. She knows she is going to receive the personalized service that she adores, including complimentary treats. The groomers are aces and she always receives compliments when we are out for walks. The entire state is terrific. Aways friendly, always helpful. Would not think of going elsewhere for my Sophie's needs.

All the staff goes out of their way to help guide me to what I need for my Kitty's. There knowledge of varies foods and a wide selection are great!

Kelly is the most amazing groomer! My Oscar is an old fellow, blind and has underlying health issues. She has been doing her magic with Oscar for the last 7yrs, I have so much peace knowing that Oscar is so well taken care of while in her care. Superior staff with friendly service and knowledgeable advice about what products they carry and what products are best for your pets at best prices in the lower mainland.It is a family owned and operated shop that gives back so much to the community, which is how I discovered them and discovered that my American Bulldog Madra is allergic to so much of the fillers 88% of the pet food for profits companies pack into their gruel; all from one of the bags of dog food they donate to the health clinic I attend for my pain physical & mental pain.
