I highly recommend this clinic. The staff are friendly, professional and can speak English, Mandarin, or Cantonese. The clinic is conveniently located with ample parking and state-of-the-art facilities. The cardiologist was patient and thorough in explaining the procedures and diagnosis. The diagnostic tests were conducted with the latest equipment and the results were explained in clear terms. Overall, a top-notch experience.

DO NOT book with this clinic. If I could give ZERO star, I would have. They are unreliable and unprofessional. I booked with them an echocardiogram for my 90 years old mother. It is an important diagnostic test to identify if there is chronic heart failure. The appointment happened to be on a day after a snow storm. I called and left a message few hours ahead of the appointment to see if they would still open and honour the appointment. No call back or anything to indicate the appointment would not happen. I braved the snowy roads with my 90 years old mother to the clinic to find out that there was not a person there and the clinic was not open. When I tried to call them again, their voice mail box was full. I suspect there were many clients who were literally left out in the cold like us. And these are clients who have heart issues. This is totally unacceptable. It is a minimal courtesy to inform your client(s) if you would not be able to honour the appointment(s). Save yourself a heart attack" and book with another professional clinic. They are not the only clinic that offers these tests.Response to the Owner's reply on March 6

Staffs are nice and professional! First time doing the echo and stress test. They guided you through every steps. Got a follow up call from the doctor, patiently explained my case and answered all my questions. Can’t ask for more!

Perfect staffs and doctors, I booked my echo test within 24hrs, super quick turn around time, all staff speaks fluent English mandarin and Cantonese, highly recommended!!
