I am thankful that my cousin referred me to Paul and Simon! Paul and Simon are very caring and knowledgeable professionals. Simon carefully reviewed in advance all my medical exams and later on explained clearly to me what the issue was and what kind of exercises should help me. Because I am not coordinated, he patiently showed me via email and videos how to accurate do each exercise. I felt improvements since the very beginning and my pain was gone after 3 weeks. During COVID-19, Paul also provided videos via email, with useful heathy information, as we were unable to go in person. We felt that they were there for us even during the quarantine. EQ Physio has very well implemented the COVID-19 protocol and I feel safe to go now. My son had neck pain and also attended EQ Physio and feels great. I am happy that my son is treated there because it is safe and their treatments are very effective. Another advantage is that they process directly the fees to the insurance company. EQ is among the best physiotherapy clinics I’ve ever been to - very thoughtful, purposeful and direct therapy. I recently had a knee replacement and Paul, Sarpreet and Gabe did an amazing job at guiding me through my recovery. They are true professionals who actually care for their patients which is a rare thing. Highly recommended.

Simon and the ladies at reception are very friendly and professional. I’ve been at other clinics for chronic back pain but the therapy that Simon did on me has me pain free. He is very knowledgeable and explained to me the root of my problem also gave me the exact exercises for home to improve and keep my back in check.He is also very caring as his office does follow ups with me to know how I’m doing.If you need physio therapy don’t hesitate to go to EQ!

Prem is very nice and professional. He treated my mom with BPPV treatment a couple of times and she recovered from dizziness. Awesome! Well done Prem.

Having a great experience at EQ Physio. The therapists are kind, caring and professional. I went in for a shoulder pain. Paul helped from diagnosis to treatment plan. Prem was very patient, provided excellent therapy and exercises based on my recovering progress. He also showed me how muscle groups are connected and work for movements, really focus on patient’s well-being in a long run. I visited for months, from weekly, to bi-weekly, then monthly until I was free of pain. Highly recommend.

Excellent experience dealing with Paul... He is very thorough and knowledgeable. Solved my issue beyond the surface problem and left me stronger in many ways and muscle groups that I didn't even know existed. He definitely has a strong understand how everything works together and turned this into a program that was easy for me to follow and take with me moving forwards. If I would require physio again, this would be the first place I look.
